Anfragen an die Firma werden sehr rasch beantwortet, der Mitarbeiter bei der ersten Begutachtung ist sehr freundlich und gibt gute Tipps. Auch den Kostenvoranschlag erhält man innerhalb kürzester Zeit. Ich kann guten Gewissens diese Firma für Umzuge empfehlen. This is the second time we have moved with the MyTrans company. Every time we were pleasantly surprised at how quickly and professionally the move was carried out. Inquiries to the company are answered very quickly, the employee at the first assessment is very friendly and gives good tips. You will also receive the cost estimate within a very short time. I can in good conscience recommend this company for moving.

Normalerweise machen mich durchgängige 5-Sterne Bewertungen skeptisch (Stichwort gekaufte Bewertungen), aber in diesem Fall sind die 5 Sterne schlicht und ergreifend zutreffend :) Es wurden Ablauf und offene Fragen gut besprochen, auch mögliche Implikationen eines Lockdowns wurden telefonisch vorab angesprochen, was von uns als äußert verantwortungsbewusst wahrgenommen wurde. Die Mitarbeiter von mytrans haben mein Mann und ich beide als sehr bemüht und umsichtig erlebt, z.B. wurde mitgedacht bei dreckigem Kellerboden etc. Alles wurde gut eingepackt, wir haben keinen einzigen Kratzer oder Schaden entdeckt. Klare Empfehlung! We moved from Linz to Vienna with Mytrans (2.5 person household). Normally, continuous 5-star reviews make me skeptical (keyword: purchased reviews), but in this case the 5 stars are simply applicable :) The process and open questions were well discussed, and possible implications of a lockdown were also discussed in advance by telephone, which we perceived to be extremely responsible. The mytrans employees found both my husband and I to be very hard-working and careful, e.g. thought was given to the dirty basement floor, etc. Everything was well packed, we didn't discover a single scratch or damage. Clear recommendation!
E	Elisabeth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unser Privatumzug war mithilfe von Firma Mytrans innerhalb weniger Stunden erledigt! Im Vorhinein wurde die Wohnung besichtigt, um ein entsprechendes Angebot zu legen. Unser Ansprechpartner war auch vor dem Umzugstermin telefonisch erreichbar, wenn wir noch Fragen hatten. Das freundliche und kompetente Team war am Umzugstag pünktlich vor Ort. Rasch wurden alle Kartons und Möbelstücke in drei Transporter verfrachtet. Kästen, Couch, etc. wurden abgebaut und gut eingepackt mit Schutzfolie; und anschließend in der neuen Wohnung einwandfrei wieder aufgestellt. Es wurden sogar noch einige Sachen, die noch Platz hatten, mitgenommen, die nicht im Angebot enthalten waren. Trotz Regenwetter kamen alle unsere Möbel unversehrt und sauber in der neuen Wohnung an. Obwohl wir ein paar unerwartete Mehrarbeiten hatten wurde uns dafür ein sehr guter Mehrpreis angeboten, wofür wir uns natürlich gerne mit einem Trinkgeld bedankt haben. Alles in allem verlief der Umzug nahezu reibungslos und die Unterstützung von Mytrans hat uns viel Stress erspart! Danke nochmal an euer erfahrenes und sympathisches Team! Beim nächsten Umzug werden wir uns definitiv wieder bei MyTrans melden! Absolut zu empfehlen Our private move was done within a few hours with the help of Mytrans! The apartment was inspected in advance to make an offer. Our contact person could also be reached by phone before the move date if we had any questions. The friendly and competent team was there on time on the day of the move. All the boxes and pieces of furniture were quickly put into three vans. Boxes, couch, etc. were dismantled and well wrapped with protective film; and then properly set up again in the new apartment. Some things that still had space were even taken away that were not included in the offer. Despite the rainy weather, all of our furniture arrived intact and clean in the new apartment. Although we had a few unexpected extra work, we were offered a very good extra price, for which we of course thanked us with a tip. All in all, the move went almost smoothly and the support from Mytrans saved us a lot of stress! Thanks again to your experienced and personable team! The next time we move, we will definitely contact MyTrans again! Absolutely to be recommended

Gingen vorsichtig mit Transportgut und Bausubstanz um. Freundlich, fixer Preis und vertrauenswürdig. Echte Empfehlung!!! Yesterday's removal transport with Mytrans was worth a recommendation from A to Z. The guys were punctual, professional and fast. Handled goods and building materials with care. Es entstand kein einziger Kratzer an Möbeln, Hauswänden oder Türstöcken und mein von mir geliebter (großer) Zitronenbaum hat nicht ein Blatt verloren. Der vereinbarte Preis wurde eingehalten. Beim nächsten Umzug: gerne wieder! We had a perfect move with Mytrans! On time, well organized, fast and friendly. There was not a single scratch on furniture, house walls or door frames and my beloved (large) lemon tree has not lost a leaf. The agreed price was kept. With the next move: gladly again!

Die Möbelpacker waren sehr freundlich, unfassbar schnell, aufmerksam und sehr vorsichtig. Meine Möbel sind unversehrt angekommen am neuen Standort. Es wurde alles wieder aufgebaut und angeschlossen und auch das Verpackungsmaterial wieder entfernt und mitgenommen. Da es anfangs ein Missverständnis gab bzgl meines Auftrages seitens der Firma, wurde sofort alles daran gesetzt dass sich das Problem schnellstmöglich behebt. The movers were very friendly, incredibly fast, attentive and very careful. My furniture arrived safely at the new location. Everything was reassembled and connected and the packaging material was removed and taken away. Since there was initially a misunderstanding regarding my order from the company, everything was immediately done to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Thank you for the good value for money and the professional staff!
