Biggest rip-off company in the Mühlviertel, whoever goes there is to blame once and never again. complaint to the consumer chamber is also out.
K	Kevin M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ausschau nach einen Schrotthändler wurde gehalten wegen Hausentrümpelung, aktuell liegen ca 2 Tonnen Mischmetall (Privat) rum. Erstes E- Mail erfolgte am 4. Aug. 2020 bis dato hatten wir es nicht geschafft das wir zusammen kommen auf einen Termin. 2 Termine wurden ausgemacht mit dem GF ausgemacht zur Besichtigung, leider unmöglich hier zusammen zu kommen. Entweder er hat soviel um die Ohren und verdient bereits aus seinem Gewerbe soviel, dass ihm seine eigenen Termine nicht interessieren oder er kann sich selbst nicht organisieren. Erster Termin Fr. 10 Uhr Vormittag: keiner kam obwohl nochmal Erinnerung um 7 Uhr früh geschrieben, um kurz vor 12 Uhr nochmal geschrieben ob jemand vorbeikommt. Antwort: "Er hätte sich im Terminkalender geirrt ist für nächste Woche eingetragen" Zweiter Termin wieder Fr. 10 Uhr am Tag davor (Donnerstag) schrieb ich nochmal er solle kurz bevor er ankommt anrufen. Antwort: "er ruft an bevor er wegfährt." Wieder nichts um 15 Uhr habe ich mich nochmals gemeldet, dass es nicht weiter notwendig ist, dass er kommt. Antwort: "Büroschreibkraft fiel heute aus und Probleme auf der Baustelle" Termin wurde weder abgesagt noch rechtzeitig verschoben. Unterm Strich wollten wir das ganze Eisen, Gusseisen, Alu nur loswerden, wir wollten nichtmal ein Geld dafür lediglich, dass sich die Anfahrtskosten mit dem Ertrag decken. Desweiteren wollten wir auch ca 180 KG Kupfer abgeben, Preisauskunft € 3 max € 3,70. Wir haben uns dann für den Konkurent in Linz entschieden welcher das Kupfer gerne um € 4,29/KG abnahm, lief dann auch sehr Professionell und organisiert ab. Für 660kg VA4 Edelstahl hätte ich zu Beginn 230 euro bekommen, nach einem Gespräch mit dem Besitzer wurde der Betrag auf 310 erhöht, was immer noch viel zu wenig ist. Laut aktuellen Schrottpreis müsste ich mind. 600 Euro bekommen. Dazu sei gesagt, dass mein Schrott reine Platten (ohne Lack / Beschichtung) waren. Also 1a Zustand. Er hätte mir zwar noch einen höheren Betrag zugesprochen, nichts ist passiert. Nie wieder dort hin, es befinden sich in der Nähe zum Glück andere Schrotthändler welche wirklich Fair handeln ;) Für mich sind die hier angeführten 5 Sterne Bewertungen richtig fake. Been to some scrap dealers, but here I was really ripped off. For 660kg VA4 stainless steel I would have got 230 euros at the beginning, after a conversation with the owner the amount was increased to 310, which is still far too little. According to the current scrap price, I should get at least 600 euros. It should be said that my scrap was pure plates (without paint / coating). So perfect condition. Although he would have awarded me a higher amount, nothing happened. Never go there again, luckily there are other scrap dealers nearby who are really fair;) For me, the 5 star ratings listed here are really fake.
