S	Susan W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Termin für einen PCR Test (€ 59,-) online über die Webseite gebucht. Es gab auch keine Wartezeit beim Termin vor Ort. In das Areal des Frachtbahnhofes fährt man gleich vorne hinter dem Hauptgebäude vom Westbahnhof hinein. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und ging auch behutsam bei der Probeentnahme vor. Das Ergebnis kam bereits nach nicht einmal 24 Stunden per email. Einfach den Link in der Mail anklicken, Geburtsdatum eingeben und der Code zum Download des Ergebnisses kommt aufs Handy. Von mir gibt es eine Empfehlung, wenn man rasch und recht günstig einen PCR Test benötigt. Appointment for a PCR test (€ 59, -) booked online via the website. The staff is very friendly and was careful when taking samples. The result came after less than 24 hours by email. Simply click on the link in the email, enter your date of birth and the code to download the result will be sent to your mobile phone. I have a recommendation if you need a PCR test quickly and cheaply.
M	Manfred Werle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Betrifft die Teststraße in der Shopping City Seiersberg: Wir wollten einen PCR Test machen, wurden aber dann darauf hingewiesen das die Auswertung bis zu 48h dauern kann und wir auch "damit rechnen" sollten. Was soll dann bitte die Beschreibung "innerhalb von 48h" wenn man sowieso mit 48h rechnen muss?? Man hat auch Pläne für die die Gültigkeit des PCR Tests wichtig ist (zb Flug)! Wir sind dann weiter zur Teststraße des Flughafen Graz gefahren, dort kam das Ergebnis innerhalb von 24h und war nur 10€ teurer. Concerning the test street in the Shopping City Seiersberg: We wanted to do a PCR test, but were then advised that the evaluation can take up to 48 hours and that we should "expect" it. What should the description "within 48h" mean if you have to reckon with 48h anyway? You also have plans for which the validity of the PCR test is important (e.g. flight)! We then drove to the test road at Graz Airport, where the result came within 24 hours and was only € 10 more expensive.

Man geht vom westbahnhof etwa 20 minuten am abgesperrten öbb gelände und ohne möglichkeit wieder auf die felberstrasse zu gelangen. The address is a bad joke. At felberstrasse 3 there is a note "800m". You walk around 20 minutes from the west train station to the locked Öbb area and there is no way to get back to felberstrasse.

They need to work on the directions and signs as it was not easy to reach for their station. Please update your location at Google Map as well.

The instructions to reach this container, down, next to the train tracks, should be clear on the website and in the email. I walked 40 min to reach it, instead of the 4 min they write on their website, because there are only 2 entrances to reach it. Either Felberstrasse 108 or go inside of Westbahnhof along the train tracks from the train station. They told me that tens of people already complained about this. Change it on the website and the in the email!
A	Arunava Chakravarty on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very good experience at this test center at Felberstraße. The staff is very helpful and also helped me out in English. The test report came pretty in around 12 and a half hours where the sample was collected at 10:30 am and the results came by e-mail at around 11 pm. However, they mention that the test can take upto 30 hours, so should plan accordingly. The PCR test report is appropriate for international travel and the samples were collected from both throat and nose as this is the requirement for certain countries. Also, the passport number is included in their report. You need to mention that when making the online appointment. You need your Passport, Social security No. (if available) and a mobile number (a code comes to mobile via sms at the time of downloading the report). Also, this center only accepts card payment. The location is a bit difficult, as had been mentioned in the previous reviews here. I took the entrance from Felberstraße 8 (search it in google maps).
