Bin unverrichteter Dinge gegangen. Unfriendly, condescending, and unhelpful. The front desk treats you like walk-in customers and does not show any willingness to help with anything extra. Left without having achieved anything.

Ich kann dieses Labor sehr weiter empfehlen!!!! My son and I have been in this laboratory for a few years and we are always treated very courteously, from reception to blood draw very friendly and technically competent. I can highly recommend this laboratory !!!!

Dieses Labor ist wirklich empfehlenswert. Very competent employees! I asked to receive the report within 24 hours and after 3 hours I already received it by email. This laboratory is really recommended.
D	Da Wa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Labor liegt in einem Hinterhof,macht schon mal von aussen keinen guten Eindruck. Innen ist es ok. Damen sind nett, aber leider hat man das Gefühl am Schalter herrscht etwas Unsicherheit. Die Blutabnahme war in Ordnung und die Dame sehr nett. Leider hat der Blutbefund den Weg zum Arzt nicht gefunden, obwohl es so versprochen wurde bzw. es in diesem Labor so üblich ist. Es gibt keinen Online Zugriff. Ich war vergebens beim Arzt, da dieser nur 2 Seiten statt 6 Seiten vom Befund erhalten hatte. The laboratory is in a backyard, and it doesn't make a good impression from the outside. It's ok inside. Ladies are nice, but unfortunately you have the feeling at the counter there is a bit of uncertainty. The blood sample was okay and the lady was very nice. Unfortunately, the blood test did not find its way to the doctor, although it was promised or it is so common in this laboratory. There is no online access. I went to the doctor in vain because he only received 2 pages instead of 6 pages of the report.
