K	Katharina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wer Angst vorm Blutabnehmen hat dem kann ich dieses Labor wirklich empfehlen. Ich persönlich steigere mich jedes Mal rein dass ich fast umkippe aber hier wird man so freundlich, schnell und professionell behandelt dass man die Prozedur kaum bemerkt. Natürlich sollte man nicht in der Früh kommen zwecks Wartezeit aber an einem Freitag Nachmittag war ich innerhalb von 15 Minuten dran. I can really recommend this laboratory to anyone who is afraid of taking blood samples. Personally, I step in every time that I almost pass over, but here you are treated so friendly, quickly and professionally that you hardly notice the procedure. Of course you shouldn't come in the morning to wait, but on a Friday afternoon it was my turn within 15 minutes.

War sehr zufrieden mit der Beratung von der hübschen, dunklen Dame am Schalter, sowie der jungen SEHR EMPATHISCHEN Ärztin die mir Blut abgenommen hat. Sie hat so gut gestochen, dass ich weder den Stich gespürt, noch nach der Blutabnahme Schmerzen hatte. Nachdem ich an Schwangerschaftsübelkeit leide & daher mein Kreislauf grundsätzlich nicht so fit ist, habe ich nach Traubenzucker gefragt. Leider war in der Kabine in der mir Blut abgenommen wurde keiner mehr da, die Ärztin war aber so nett & hat welchen von ihrer Kollegin geholt & mir angeboten noch etwas liegen zu bleiben. Danke dafür, ich hab mich wirklich sehr wohl bei Ihnen gefühlt! Außerdem hat mir die liebe Dame am Empfang gleich während der Wartezeit einen Account für den Online-Zugang erstellt, es hat alles super funktioniert. Danke! Waiting time was great, came for a blood draw at 12:00 noon. Was very satisfied with the advice from the pretty, dark lady at the counter, as well as the young, VERY EMPATHIC doctor who took my blood. It stung so well that I neither felt the sting nor was there any pain after the blood sample. After I suffered from pregnancy sickness and therefore my circulatory system is generally not as fit, I asked about glucose. Unfortunately, there was no one left in the cabin where my blood was taken, but the doctor was so nice & fetched some from her colleague & offered me to stay in bed a little longer. Thanks for that, I really felt very comfortable with you! In addition, the dear lady at reception set up an account for online access while I was waiting, everything worked great. Thank you!
S	S. Y. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wartezeit ist, vor allem vormittags, unnachvollziehbar lang. Man darf in Summe mindestens eine halbe Stunde warten bis man überhaupt zur Anmeldung kommt. Am Schalter wird teilweise unheimlich und vor allem unnötig lang mit PatientInnen verbracht, die wen zum tratschen brauchen Waiting time, especially in the mornings, is incomprehensibly long. You can wait a total of at least half an hour before you even come to the registration. At the counter, it is sometimes uncanny and, above all, unnecessarily long spent with patients who need whom to gossip
B	Bronislava Traussenegger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfekte Organisation, obwohl immer ein "Run" auf dieses Labor besteht. Also müssen die Patienten wohl zufrieden sein. Die Damen am Schalter sind sehr freundlich und geduldig. Bei der Blutabnahme war meine Ärztin sehr lieb, sauber und präzise. Ein großes Dankeschön an die Belegschaft in dieser Extremsituation! Perfect organization, although there is always a "run" on this laboratory. So the patients must be satisfied. The ladies at the counter are very friendly and patient. When the blood was taken, my doctor was very nice, clean and precise. A big thank you to the workforce in this extreme situation!

L	Letitia Carciu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lady at reception was extremely rude and patronizing, i looked into my phone for one second while she was processing my form and she snapped at me to put my phone away if I want to have a conversation with her- and then proceeded looking into her PC - no conversation there, really. The doctor who draws blood stung me a couple of times in each hand and so I have 5cm bruises on both arms- I guess it‘s partly my fault, since I didn‘t drink enough water that morning, so this one is not the reason for my low rating, but worth mentioning nonetheless. But most importantly- for the urine test they give you a recipient which you must fill at the bathroom BUT THEN bring to the reception, where they are stored in a box! I‘ve never seen such incompetence, to be honest- people coming with a urine recipient to the front desk - what about bacteria, people??!!! - you are not making the minimum effort that any institution should make(THEN count in that you are supposed to be a health institution) to contain a possible infection!!! I will never visit this location again!
