★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to mention about terrible experience I had at the Labor Berset. We live nearby and its location is convenient for me. But, the way they take the blood is painful and always leaves some bad signs as in the photo. It is been several times that I had such bad experience and would avoid this place from now on!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is super kind and friendly, they really helped to make this experience or blood test (which I do not like at all!!) the least painful/un ice.
However, the place itself was a bit strange for me - inside the laboratory where they actually take the blood was super smoky (like somebody is constantly smoking there), and everything looks a bit old and worn out, while this place is supposed to be sterile. So five stars for the staff, but one for the facilities / cleaniness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super friendly and caring staff. My blood was taken gently and I was told all the needed information in a kind manner. The chairs are not very comfortable in the waiting room (I was there for tests for almost 3 hours) so I give only 4 stars but the toilet is clean and lab is easy to get to with lift or 1 flight of stairs, good location. Prompt and efficient workers, thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As someone with a phobia of needles who also has to get regular blood tests, this is my favorite place to go. The staff here are kind and patient to those with a fear of needles, they're able to find even the trickiest of veins, and they all speak English (at least every person I've met does). Unlike every other doctor I've visited in Vienna, the wait here is never that bad. I don't think I've ever waited more than 15 minutes! Highly recommend this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast service and nice staff although the place is bit old and feels congested at times. Didn't have to wait long for blood drawing and was done within 10 minutes.
The place maybe hard to spot among other places around so maybe better signage could help for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did the glucose blood test here and the experience is very pleasant. All the staff I encountered speaks very well English and they are really welcoming (you know sometimes in the doctors, If you don’t speak german the treatment can be quite bad). The lady who did the blood withdraw was especially lovely and kind. I really felt being taken good care of!
The facility itself is more historical, but they have comfortable sofa to sit for the long testing time as mine gonna wait for two hours.
Will really recommend it !
