r	rudolf gander on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lenker Bande wo Name Programm ist! Erstgespräch war transparent und freundlich. Das von mir mitgebrachte neue Fahrradlicht sei nicht nötig den das alte kann repariert werden, so der Fahradmechaniker und scheinbar auch Chef. Er wies mich auf div. Verschleiserscheinungen hin meinte eine Austausch sei nicht nötig aber um den Reparaturbon auszunutzen lies ich dennoch einiges erneuern u.a. hinterer Reifen und Zahnradkassette und Kette. Wurde prombt erledigt der Preis war Branchenüblich angemessen um die 200€. Der Mitarbeiter sagte wenn es Probleme gibt sollte ich nicht ärgerlich werden sondern einfach vorbei kommen. Schon nach wenigen Fahrten musste ich leider feststellen, dass die Gangschaltung schwere Fehler hatte (Kette springt ständig raus etc), was vor der Reparatur gar nicht der Fall war. Ich frage mich wie es möglich ist bei der Endkontrolle so etwas zu übersehen? Fahrrad also zurück zur Werkstätte. Fehler wurde nach kurzer Rundfahrt bestätigt, Lösungsvorschlag Kurbel und Zahnräder vorne austauschen. Lies ich machen, denn ich brauche ein fahrtüchtiges Fahrrad zum Glück konnte ich einen zweiten Bon geltend machen. Es wurde vereinbart das ich nur die Teile zahlen muss keine Reparatur, beim abholen wurde mir gesagt das der Bon nur einlösbar wäre wenn auch Arbeitszeit verrechnet wird was ich dann doch extra bezahlen musste, so belief sich die Rechnung auf in Summe über 300€. Kurz nach dem Abholen viel mir auf, dass der hintere Schnellspanner anders war (ich hatte spezielle Sicherheitsspanner), die Gangschaltung hatte immer noch Maken aber war ok. Auf die erste diesbezügliche Email bekam ich noch eine Antwort dann wurde der Email verkehr abgebrochen und eine Antwort blieb aus. Nach ein paar Tagen funktionierte das Fahrradlicht nicht mehr der eigentliche Grund warum ich überhaupt zum Fahrradmechaniker gefahren bin. Ich fuhr also abermals hin und wurde vom Chef mit den gar nicht mehr freundlichen Worten "was gibt's denn" begrüßt. Letzlich habe ich mir mein Fahrradlicht selbst neu montiert. Fazit: Inkompetent und Unfreundlich. Der mit Abstand schlechteste Fahrradservice den ich je bekommen habe. Ich würde jedem davon abraten der sein Fahrrad mag, egal ob teuer oder billig, hier Reparaturen machen zu lassen. Handlebar gang where the name says it all! The new bicycle light I brought with me is not necessary because the old one can be repaired, according to the bicycle mechanic and apparently also the boss. Already after a few trips I had to find out that the gearshift had serious errors (chain constantly jumps out etc), which was not the case before the repair. I wonder how it is possible to overlook something like this during the final inspection? So bike back to the workshop. Error was confirmed after a short tour, suggested solution replace crank and front gears. I read it because I need a roadworthy bike, luckily I was able to claim a second receipt. It was agreed that I only have to pay for the parts, no repairs, when I was picked up I was told that the receipt would only be redeemable if working time was also charged, which I then had to pay extra, so the invoice totaled over 300 €. Shortly after picking it up, I noticed that the rear quick release was different (I had a special safety release), the gear shift still had Maken but was ok. I got an answer to the first related email, then the email traffic was canceled and there was no response. After a few days the bike light stopped working - the real reason why I went to the bike mechanic in the first place. So I went there again and was greeted by the boss with the no longer friendly words "what's up". In the end I reassembled my bike light myself. Conclusion: Incompetent and unfriendly. By far the worst bike service I have ever received. I would advise anyone who likes their bike, whether expensive or cheap, to have repairs done here.
b	berroth luca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wollte mir hier mit dem Reparatur Bon der stadt wien ein neues Laufrad für hinten besorgen und bin dann zur lenkerbande gefahren. Unsere abmachung war die, dass ein neues laufrad eingebaut wird und WENN bei dem Reparatur Bon etwas geld "übrig" bleibt dann kann man ja noch die bremsklötze tauschen. Das war die vereinbarung. Nichts davon wurde eingehalten. Ich habe ein laufrad aus billigstahl für 20 Euro bekommen. Alle Reparaturen die man hätte machen können, die Betonung liegt hier auf können, wurden erledigt und die Lenkerbande hat sich einen schönen Stundenlohn auf meine Kosten eingesteckt. Ich habe die rechnung zu spät kontrolliert und dann ist die Rechnung abhanden gekommen also war es im Endeffekt mein Problem 10/10 nicht zu empfehlen!! I wanted to get a new wheel for the rear with the repair receipt from the city of Vienna and then drove to the handlebars. Our agreement was that a new impeller would be installed and IF there was some money left over from the repair receipt then you can still replace the brake blocks. That was the agreement. None of this was observed. I got a balance bike made of cheap steel for 20 euros. All repairs that could have been made, the emphasis here is on being able to, have been done and the handlebar tape has pocketed a nice hourly wage at my expense. I checked the invoice too late and then the invoice got lost so in the end it was my problem 10/10 not recommended !!

k	katharina lag on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe mit dem Reperaturbon ein Service für mein quasi neues Fahrrad (es stand länger im Keller rum und brauchte einen neuen Schlauch) in Auftrag gegeben. Nach nur einem Fahrrad-Ausflug hatte ich wieder einen Patschen. Als ich dann den Schlauch selber herausgenommen habe, sind mir Schleifspuren rund um das Loch aufgefallen, weshalb ich denke, dass der Schlauch bereits beim Einsetzen angeritzt wurde. Dazu kommt, dass mir der Preis sehr hoch vorkam, dafür dass mein Fahrrad eigentlich neu ist. Im Endeffekt habe ich mit Reperaturbon genauso viel bezahlt wie ich es anderswo ohne bezahlt hätte. Außerdem wurde ich unfreundlich behandelt und mir kam vor, dass ich nicht für voll genommen wurde, weil ich kein Hipster-Marken-Rad habe, sondern ein neues, No-Name Rad vom Sports Direct. Fazit: NIE wieder. Danke fürs nichts. I used the repair voucher to order a service for my almost new bike (it had been sitting in the basement for a long time and needed a new inner tube). After just one bike ride, I had another puncture. When I took the tube out myself, I noticed abrasion marks around the hole, so I think the tube was scored when I put it in. In addition, the price seemed very high to me for the fact that my bike is actually new. In the end I paid as much with the repair voucher as I would have paid elsewhere without it. I was also treated unkindly and felt like I wasn't taken seriously because I don't have a hipster brand bike, but a new, no-name bike from Sports Direct. Conclusion: NEVER again. thanks for nothing
