Ist ja okay, aber dann als ich einen Termin ausmachen wollte teilte er mir mit, ich solle einfach in 3 Wochen wieder kommen. Worauf hin ich meinte, wenn ich dann in 3 Wochen komme ohne Termin und er keine Zeit hätte, wäre das ungünstig. Als Antwort kam nur er könne Nichts für mich machen und ich soll doch in der Zwischenzeit woanders hingehen. Fazit: Spart euch den Weg, geht gleich woanders hin. Es wird sich die Zeit genommen um die Probleme am Fahrrad genau zu besprechen zu analysieren und dementsprechend auch den richtigen und flexiblen Service zu bekommen. Preise und Leistung passen, es wird auch nichts unnötig verrechnet sondern das was auch wirklich anfällt. Für zukünftige Anliegen und Radservice werde ich nichtmehr woanders hingehen, da mir der persönliche und freundliche Kontakt wichtig ist. I am extremely satisfied with the advice and service. Die Beratung war sehr hilfreich, der KV war fast auf den Cent genau, keine bösen Überraschungen und eine Fertigstellung aller Räder noch vor dem vereinbarten Termin, bei einem sehr guten Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Beim Radgeber wird einfach wahre Fahrradleidenschaft gelebt. Die Umbauarbeiten an meinem Rad waren mehr als zufriedenstellend und das Ergebnis lässt sich glaube ich mehr als sehen :) Dementsprechend ein riesengroßes Dankeschön an Harry!!
