★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came with bad breaks - which another shop had tried to fix over 3 appointments, with no success.
After a week (which is a bit long turnover imo, but can be excused in busy times), I came and picked up my bike. Price was even lower than first estimated. A thorough explanation as to what was fixed and what was montaged wrong by the previous bike shop, was given.
I had to come back a few days later for a smaller readjustment at no extra cost. Since then my bike has been running better than before.
Don't let the looks fool you. It's a small "messy" shop which leaves much wanting compared to more established bike shops.
But as long as the service and craftsmanship is top notch can't really complain.
I will bring my bike again for future maintenance and repair jobs for sure. Price/performance/quality is top.
