E	Emel A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich muss ehrlich sagen, ich war enttäuscht - der Showroom ist sehr groß, aber die Fläche wird meines Erachtens nicht optimal genützt. Zum Beispiel sind nicht alle Modelle ausgestellt - nicht mal die Modelle des Klassikers Laufen Pro S (nur 1 Waschtisch), man hätte auch die unterschiedlichen Unterbauschränke präsentieren können. Die Spiegel und Kombinationsmöglichkeiten und andere Farben. Es ist fast alles nur in weiß ausgestellt. Es gibt nur 2 Spiegel und die sind im WC, sonst ist keines ausgestellt. Innen wirkt es kühl und ungemütlich - man möchte eigentlich nur schnell wieder raus. War total enttäuscht, weil der Laufen Katalog eigentlich sehr schön aussah. Ich denke, so eine teure Location für einen Showroom im ersten Bezirk (für die zentrale Lage gibt es den 2ten Stern) könnte vieeel besser genützt werden und hätte deutlich mehr potential. Leider ist das hier aber nicht gut gelungen. I have to say honestly, I was disappointed - the showroom is very large, but I don't think the space is being used optimally. For example, not all models are on display - not even the models of the classic Laufen Pro S (only 1 washbasin), one could also have presented the different base cabinets. The mirrors and possible combinations and other colors. Almost everything is only displayed in white. There are only 2 mirrors and they are in the toilet, otherwise none is on display. Inside, it looks cool and uncomfortable - you just want to get out quickly. Was totally disappointed because the Laufen catalog actually looked very nice. I think such an expensive location for a showroom in the first district (for the central location there is a 2nd star) could be better used and would have significantly more potential. Unfortunately, this didn't work out well here.

Herr Ulbrich, der Serviceleiter, ist kundenorientiert und freundlich, wie man es nur selten findet. Gestern kam dann der Techniker vom Werkskundendienst und auch er war der absolute Wahnsinn - alles in allem mehr als man erwarten kann und ich kann die Marke Laufen nur wärmstens empfehlen wenn man auch nach dem Kauf noch Wert darauf legt, als Kunde kompromisslos geschätzt zu werden. I wasn't there, but I needed a customer service call for my toilet. Mr. Ulbrich, the service manager, is customer-oriented and friendly in a way that is seldom found. Yesterday the technician from the factory customer service came and he was absolutely amazing too - all in all more than you can expect and I can only warmly recommend the Laufen brand if you still want to be valued uncompromisingly as a customer after the purchase.
