Habe den Installateur in der Nachbarschaft konsultiert, weil er nebenan ist und ich es gut finde Familienunternehmen Geschäft zukommen zu lassen. Alles hat gut geklappt, von der Terminabsprache bis zur Ausführung der Arbeiten (nur ca. 20 min, da Kleinigkeiten). Der Schlag traf mich jedoch als ich die Tage darauf, vor Ort zahlen wollte. €93.- wurden für Zeit + Materialeinsatz (5€) verrechnet. Für mich komplett unverständlich, genauso wie die darauffolgende Diskussion mit dem Chef, ebenfalls ein (Alp-)Traum bzgl. Kundenbetreuung - Kompromisse kennt man hier nicht. Nie wieder! Performance is right - price disaster! I consulted the installer in the neighborhood because he is next door and I think it's good to send business to family businesses. Everything went well, from the appointment to the execution of the work (only approx. 20 min, since little things). The blow hit me however when I wanted to pay on the spot the following days. € 93.- were charged for time + material use (€ 5). Completely incomprehensible to me, just like the subsequent discussion with the boss, also a (nightmare) dream regarding customer care - no compromises are known here. Never again!

Trotz Pauschalpreis hat sich der Installateur wirklich Zeit genommen und hat sogar einen Fehler in der Verschaltung des Raumthermostats gefunden und behoben. Ich bin echt glücklich, dass ich mich an diesen gewendet hab, mein voriger hat mich mit versteckten Kosten echt ausgenommen wie eine Weihnachtsgans °^^ I had thermal maintenance and flue gas measurements done and was satisfied in every way. Despite the flat rate, the installer really took his time and even found and corrected a fault in the wiring of the room thermostat. I'm really happy that I turned to this one, my previous one really gutted me like a Christmas goose with hidden costs ° ^^

Ausreichend Zeit bei der Thermenwartung genommen, meine Fragen sehr hilfsbereit beantwortet sowie noch schnell einen klemmenden Thermostatkopf gelöst! Definitiv zu empfehlen! Very competent and friendly! Took enough time with the thermal bath maintenance, answered my questions very helpful and quickly solved a jammed thermostatic head! Definitely to be recommended!
