★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thermenwartung und Abgasmessung mussten durchgeführt werden - zeitnaher Termin war möglich, Monteur war sehr pünktlich und freundlich. Leider überschritt der endgültige Preis den am Telefon vorveranschlagten - trotzdem vermutlich faires Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
 Spa maintenance and exhaust gas measurement had to be carried out - a timely appointment was possible, the fitter was very punctual and friendly. Unfortunately, the final price exceeded the price quoted on the phone - still presumably fair value for money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann nur positives berichten, sowohl am telefon als auch vor ort, sehr freundlich bemüht u vor allem kompetent... sei es bei thermenservice oder bei sonstigen gebrechen, mir wurde so schnell es ging ein techniker geschickt, der mich vor dem "ertrinken" nach einem rohrbruch gerettet hat, man hat das gefühl diese firma ist wirklich bemüht den kunden zu helfen u nicht husch pfusch u dann länge mal breite abkassieren, ganz im gegenteil!! Werde sicher ein treuer kunde bleiben u kann diesen betrieb nur weiter empfehlen!! Weiter so...
I can only report positive things, both on the phone and on site, very friendly and above all competent ... be it with thermal service or with other ailments, I was sent as quickly as possible a technician who told me to "drown" saved after a broken pipe, you have the feeling this company is really trying to help the customer u not husch botch u then cash in length times, quite the contrary! Be sure to remain a loyal customer and can only recommend this company! Keep it up...

Techniker sind freundlich, sauber sowie das ganze Personal, wer einen kompetenten Installateur mit fairness sucht, ist da in guten händen - danke Firma reider und sein team
As a long-time customer of the company reider, thermal bath, toilet and bathroom renovation, I am glad that the third generation is not overpriced. from the offer to the execution always kept up to date. Technicians are friendly, clean and all the staff, if you are looking for a competent installer with fairness, you are in good hands - thanks to reider and his team

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also .. ich habe mir erst einen Termin für die Thermenwartung und einige Erneuerungen/Reparaturen im Bad ausgemacht aber die Beratung war wirklich fein und die Dame wahnsinnig freundlich.
Mal sehen wie es weitergeht ..
So .. I first made an appointment for the thermal bath maintenance and some renovations / repairs in the bathroom, but the advice was really good and the lady was incredibly friendly.
Lets see how it goes on ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einfache Thermenwartung: Der Techniker wirkte kompetent und war sehr freundlich. Leider hatte die Therme NACH der Wartung zwei Probleme, die sie vorher nicht hatte. Beim Anruf passierte dasselbe, was einer Freundin von mir auch schon einmal dort passierte: Es wurde alles abgestritten, das müsse nicht mit der Wartung zusammenhängen (Anmerkung: unmittelbar vor der Wartung funktionierte die Therme, unmittelbar anschließend nicht mehr) und sie schickten erst nach heftigerer Diskussion jemanden vorbei. Es stellte sich heraus, das die Wiederherstellung eines Anschlusses vergessen wurde, ob das andere Problem noch mal auftaucht, weiß ich jetzt noch nicht. Kann passieren, aber dann bitte nicht mit dieser Reaktion. Das ist kein Kundenservice! Das nächste Mal wähle ich wieder eine andere Firma.
Simple Thermenpflegeung: The technician seemed competent and was very friendly. Unfortunately the spa had two problems after maintenance, which it did not have before. The same thing happened to a call, which happened to a friend of mine once before: everything was denied, it did not have to be related to the maintenance (note: the spa worked immediately before the maintenance, immediately thereafter) and they sent more violent Talk over someone. It turned out that the restoration of a connection was forgotten, if the other problem appears again, I do not know yet. Can happen, but please do not use this reaction. This is not customer service! Next time I will choose another company again.
