Herr Kurt Büscher und die Reiseleiterin waren sehr souveräne Begleiter. Switzerland from September 1st - 7th, 2020 a wonderful, unforgettable trip with many eventful impressions was offered. Lieferzeit 2-4 Tage und verfügbar war im Bestätigungsmail angegeben. Bis heute den 13.01. nichts erhalten. Habe dann storniert und mein Geld zurück gefordert, nichts - kein Geld, keine Reaktion. Auf mehrere Urgenz Mails wird gar nicht reagiert, nur einmal wird bald geliefert hängt beim Zoll. Auf den nochmaligen Hinweis das ich storniert habe und diesbezüglich Bestätigung und mein Geld zurück haben will, wird einfach nicht reagiert. Bei der letzten Lieferung habe ich Masken bekommen, wo darauf steht, dass es sich dabei um keine medizinischen Masken handelt. Als ich angerufen habe, um zu fragen, ob es möglich wäre, sie auf medizinisch verifizierte umzutauschen, war ich mit einer Mitarbeiterin eines Reisebüros verbunden, die mir total unfreundlich erklärte, da müssen ich eine E Mail schreiben. Auf meine Bitte, mir telefonisch weiterzuhelfen, reagierte sie noch unwirscher, obwohl auf der Rechnung steht, dass man sich bei Fragen oder Reklamationen an die angegebene Telefonnummer wenden möge. Ich habe bei dieser Firma sehr viel bestellt, aber diesmal war es ganz bestimmt das letzte Mal. I have ordered masks from there many times.
