My girlfriend used your repair shop for a shattered back window and a dent in the back. It was said be done in one week (we called on a Friday). One week passed and we did not hear anything from the dealer who handled the repair so we called him who said that it would be finished on Monday afternoon. When my girlfriend came to pick up the car at the gas station, the clerk did not have her car key. So he went to the office part to see if anyone was there only to find one FIAT employee who told her that everyone already went home. Luckily, she saw someone drive her car to the gas station. Why say that the car is ready for pick up when it is not? When we finally got the car back and started to unload the winter tires that we got changed for free (thank you for that!) the first we saw was pieces of glas all over the back compartment and the wheels were just load into the car, laying on broken glas. It was also a danger to our puppy that usually is transported in the car, sitting in the back. This was something that was mention to the dealer and he said that he personally would make sure that the car was rid of glas. Apparently not. We got in contact with the dealer and he promised to vacuum the car properly this time, even that they could wipe it clean inside as a compensation. My girlfriend took the car after work and had to wait for an hour for getting the car clean. However, when she got it back it had only been vacuum clean (something that should have been done in the first place) and not wiped as promised. Frustrated and tired, she went home instead since the dealer did not seem to keep his promise the other two times. Some days later we realised that the number for engine on the back door was changed from D2 to D4, which was strange since the dealer said that they did not change the door. I don't think really matters, but it makes you wonder what else was done to the car without telling us. This was not the first time we had issues with Denzel in Erdberg, but it is definitely the last we will take our car there. The situations above should never happen and I cannot understand how you could let this happen to a customer without any compensation to make things right. The people I told this story were all very surprised about the unprofessional and strange customer service and I can't blame them. I honestly did not think that Denzel were so unprofessional, but we can all be wrong. I have a feeling that this does not happen to customers with brand new XC90s. I sincerely hope that you stop treating future customers like this!

After getting a wild quotation of almost 2000 euros for repairs from a dodgy dealer I took my car ro Denzel and they took a look and told me the truth, that my car needs no repairs. I owe these guys that 2000 euros and I will take my car to them from now on. Truthful trustworthy and reliable
