R	Richard Falk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider nicht so gut. Wir haben uns Anfang des Jahres einen gebrauchten Mazda dort gekauft (damals waren neue Winterreifen montiert). Auf Nachfrage, ob auch Sommerreifen dabei wären, wurde uns damals gesagt, dass auch neue Sommerreifen dabei wären. Nachdem wir dann das Auto abholten, wurden plötzlich 7 Jahre alte Reifen in den Kofferraum geladen. Auf unsere Reklamation wurde das Ganze dann als Missverständnis unsererseits abgetan - freundlich aber ohne Kompromissbereitschaft. Außerdem wären die Reifen - Zitat - "eh noch gut" (Profiltiefe war wirklich noch in Ordnung). ABER - nachdem wir die Reifen dann im Sommer umstecken ließen ist nach wenigen 100 Kilometern einer der Reifen bei ca. 100km/h geplatzt! Ich hatte die Kinder im Auto, aber es ist zum Glück nicht viel passiert. Am nächsten Tag 09.09.2017 habe ich versucht Autohaus Pfaller diesbezüglich zu einer Stellungname zu bewegen - bis heute 28.092017 KEINE REAKTION! Unfortunately not so good. We bought a used Mazda there at the beginning of the year (new winter tires were fitted back then). When asked whether there were also summer tires, we were told that there were also new summer tires. After we picked up the car, 7 year old tires were suddenly loaded in the trunk. In response to our complaint, the whole thing was dismissed as a misunderstanding on our part - in a friendly manner but not willing to compromise. In addition, the tires - quote - would be "still good anyway" (tread depth was really still okay). BUT - after we had the tires changed in the summer, one of the tires burst after a few 100 kilometers at around 100km / h! I had the kids in the car, but luckily not much happened. On the next day 09.09.2017 I tried to get Autohaus Pfaller to comment on this - until today 28.092017 NO REACTION!
