Mir wurde sofort klar ,dass ich bei Auto Stahl in den besten Händen bin. Beim abhol Termin am 15.2 war alles professionell vorbereitet. Sachbearbeiter Markus Landau führte mich in die Technik des Auto ein und ich war bereit von Wien ,nach Bludenz zu fahren. Möchte mich auf diesem Weg bei Auto Stahl bedanken,besonders bei Herr Landau. I bought a Mazda from Auto Stahl 3 days ago. Since I live in Vorarlberg, the business was handled over my cell phone. It was immediately clear to me that I was in the best of hands with Auto Stahl. Everything was professionally prepared for the pick-up date on February 15th. Clerk Markus Landau introduced me to the technology of the car and I was ready to drive from Vienna to Bludenz. Herr Landau hat verschiedene Fahrzeuge probeweise zur Verfügung gestellt und dann das am besten passende zu einem unschlagbaren Preis anbieten können. Das Team von Herrn Suchy ist top motiviert und man kann sagen, Herr Keusch hat alles richtig gemacht. Die softskills der Mitarbeiter machen es aus, um eine Kaufentscheidung so angenehm wie möglich zu machen- perfekte Customer Experience.
Wife needed a new car, in addition to certain options that were very important to her, there was a budget requirement.
Mr. Landau made various vehicles available on a trial basis and was then able to offer the most suitable one at an unbeatable price. Mr. Suchy's team is highly motivated and one can say that Mr. Keusch did everything right. The soft skills of the employees are what make a purchase decision as pleasant as possible - perfect customer experience.

Sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend, geduldig (war nicht sehr einfach mit mir...) Bleiben Sie so wie Sie sind. Vielen Dank, dass ich eine so gute Erfahrung machen durfte. Kann Auto Stahl absolut weiter empfehlen und wenn man einen tollen Verkaufsberater sucht, unbedingt nach Herrn Landau fragen! :D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kurzfristig brauchten wir ein Fahrzeug für einen besonderen Anlass. Mazda CX 30 4 tage vor Heiligabend . Da war einiges an Einsatz nötig um dass Fahrzeug noch fristgerecht am 23 .12. zulassen zu können Winterräder etc. Es hat super geklappt . Wir waren hochzufrieden .die Tochter auch :)
Kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag . aber trotzdem: Wird vielleicht nicht oft gebraucht , aber legt euch 1 Geschenkschleife für Autos auf Lager . kostet 15 Euro für den Endverbraucher . Die zu bekommen war terminlich nicht mehr möglich so musste man noch eben improvisieren. Und für so etwas hättet ihr Platz notfalls auch im 22 :) Wenn es jetzt noch alles mit den Service passt und den neuen E Auto am Standort Wien 22 dürft ihr die 5 Sterne gerne behalten .
We needed a vehicle for a special occasion at short notice. Mazda CX 30 4 days before Christmas Eve. A lot of effort was needed to ensure that the vehicle was delivered on time on 23.12. to be able to permit winter wheels etc. It worked out great. We were very satisfied. The daughter too :)
Small suggestion for improvement. but still: maybe not used often, but keep 1 gift bow for cars in stock. costs 15 euros for the end user. It was no longer possible to get them because of the deadline, so you had to improvise. And you would have room for something like that in the 22 if necessary :) If everything still fits with the service and the new electric car at the Vienna 22 location, you are welcome to keep the 5 stars.
