Was there 2 times in a row for minor repairs and I have to say: Great customer service, quick processing and at really fair prices. Absolutely to suggest.

KIA Rio, 2 years old, brought in for service. I took my own oil and still paid over 500.00. What madness!!! This workshop doesn't see me anymore

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe mein KFZ aufgrund einer Rückholaktion zur Firma Grünzweig gebracht und im Zuge dessen auch gleich die Reifen umstecken lassen. Es begann mit einer professionellen und höchst freundlichen telefonischen Terminvereinbarung inkl. Angebot eines kostenlosen Leihfahrzeugs, die persönliche Betreuung durch Herrn Kevin P. verlief ebenso perfekt, als ich meinen 12 Jahre alten XC60 dann wieder abholte fehlten mir die Worte - neben einer kostengünstigen Ultraschallreinigung der ursprünglich verdreckten Felgen wurde das Auto aussen und innen gereinigt übergeben. Ebenso erfolgte ein Hinweis bezüglich "Pickerl", Servicetermin und Profiltiefe der Reifen.
Besser geht's nicht!
I brought my car to the Grünzweig company as a result of a return campaign and had the tires changed at the same time. It started with a professional and extremely friendly appointment by telephone including an offer of a free rental vehicle, the personal support from Mr. Kevin P. was just as perfect, when I picked up my 12-year-old XC60 again I couldn't speak - in addition to an inexpensive ultrasonic cleaning of the original dirty rims, the car was cleaned inside and out. There was also a notice regarding "sticker", service date and tread depth of the tires.
It couldn't be better!
