★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anfrage über Willhaben für einen Volvo V60 R-Design gestellt. Am nächsten Tag einen Rückruf erhalten das sich der Verkäufer bei mir meldet. (Ansprechpartner lt. Willhaben hat sich selbst gemeldet) Rückruf kam keiner. Vor ein paar Tagen nochmals angerufen, die Dame im Service hat mich weitergeleitet. Leider nicht der zuständige Verkäufer am Telefon (hatte einen Termin was vollkommen in Ordnung ist). Der Herr war sehr nett und meinte der Kollege würde sich melden. Leider kein Rückruf. Nochmals am Handy angerufen. Kein Rückruf. Auto war ein paar Tage später verkauft lt. Homepage.
Zum Glück gibt es kompetente Händler in Kärnten wo ich dann einen tollen Wagen kaufen konnte.

Request for a Volvo V60 R-Design. The next day a call back that the seller will contact me. (Contact person according to Will reported himself). No call came back. Called again a few days ago, the lady in the service forwarded me. Unfortunately not the responsible seller on the phone (had an appointment which is perfectly fine). The gentleman was very nice and said the colleague would get in touch. Unfortunately no call back. Called again on the cell phone. No call back. Car was sold a few days later according to the homepage.
Luckily there are competent dealers in Carinthia where I was able to buy a great car.

Nach einer Panne auf der Autobahn wurde alles von Seitens des Autohauses organisiert. Bei meiner Ankunft im Autohaus war der Ersatzwagen bereits vorbereitet (konnte somit meinen Termin noch rechtzeitig wahrnehmen) und die Schadensaufstellung inkl. KV wurde mir innerhalb von 24h gemailt ... Ausgemachter Termin wurde eingehalten, obwohl nach Beginn der Arbeiten noch Zusatzwünsche von meiner Seite dazu kamen. Auto war bei Übergabe blitz blank geputzt und Serviceberater hat mir jeden einzelnen Arbeitsschritt Anhand der Rechnung erklärt.
Wirklich super Service und sehr sehr freundliches & hilfsbereites Servicepersonal ... BITTE WEITER SO !!!

After a breakdown on the autobahn, everything was organized by the dealership. When I arrived at the dealership, the replacement car was already prepared (so I was able to keep my appointment in time) and the statement of damage including KV was emailed to me within 24 hours ... The agreed date was met, although after the work had started, I still had additional requests came. When the car was handed over, it was cleaned to the brim and the service advisor explained every single step on the basis of the invoice.
Really great service and very, very friendly & helpful service staff ... PLEASE CONTINUE !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten unseren Hyundai Tucson nach einem Wild unfall auf der Autobahn zur Reparatur, zum Autohaus Schirak gebracht. Auto ist jetzt wie neu. Ich kann fa. Schirak( sehr zu unserer Zufriedenheit) nur weiterempfehlen. Sehr nette Leute....
We had brought our Hyundai Tucson to the Shirak dealership for repairs after a game accident on the highway. The car is like new now. I can fa I can only recommend Shirak (very much to our satisfaction). Very nice people....

I wanted to service my vehicle, since its close to my residence, but now I have no more intention. The aftersale service is not made for others, than if you bought and service a vehicle by Schirak only. This is the service manager words.
It has been brought to my attention at many time, from other Volvo owner, to be careful with the customer service, since its mediocre to absent by some.
