Weniger als 5 min Wartezeit auf Registrierung, 0 min auf Blutabnehmen. Renovierte Räumlichkeiten. Don't know why there are so many negative reviews here. Nice employee at reception and registration. Less than 5 min waiting time for registration, 0 min for blood drawing. Renovated premises.
B	Beate “MedienDesign” Heck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top organisiert und sehr freundlich. Nummer ziehen, nach Aufruf anmelden dann Blutabnahme - fertig. Läuft wie am Schnürchen und dazu echt freundlich und zuvorkommend. Danke! Well organized and very friendly. Draw the number, register after the call, then take a blood sample - done. Runs like clockwork and really friendly and courteous. Thanks!
F	Florian W. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider jeden Tag das selbe Trauerspiel, egal ob 7, 9 oder 10 Uhr, die Schlange steht jedes Mal bis ins Freie zum Stiegenabgang. Auch nach längerer Wartezeit tut sich gefühlt absolut gar nichts. Das ist besonders bitter, wenn man nur etwas abgeben müsste. Wenn man den Andrang nicht bewältigen kann, darf man halt nicht beliebig viele Klienten annehmen. Unfortunately, the same tragedy every day, regardless of whether it is 7, 9 or 10 a.m. Even after a long waiting period, absolutely nothing feels like it. This is particularly bitter if you just had to give something. If you can't cope with the rush, you can't accept any number of clients.
S	Sladjana Milivojevic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zum ersten mal in diesem Labor und ich kann die Beschwerden garnicht nachvollziehen, sehr kompetente freundliche Schalter Damen und sehr nette Blutabnehmer, habe den Stich garnicht gespürt! Komme sehr gerne wieder ☺️ For the first time in this laboratory and I can't understand the complaints at all, very competent, friendly counter ladies and very nice blood collectors, I didn't feel the sting at all! I would love to come back ☺️

War vorab etwas nervös, da ich des Öfteren schon negative Erfahrungen machen musste mit medizinischen Institutionen und gehe prinzipiell vom Schlimmsten aus. Hier war meine Angst aber unbegründet. Alle sehr freundlich, die Rezeptionistin, die Dame bei der Blutabnahme und sogar der Securitymann am Eingang war äußerst herzlich. Hatte auch vorab noch einige Fragen vor der Blutabnahme, die von der Rezeptionistin geduldig beantwortet wurden. Vielen Dank für die gute Betreuung. Ich werde nur mehr bei euch meine Blutuntersuchungen/Laboranalysen durchführen lassen. Very friendly staff. I was a bit nervous beforehand, as I've often had negative experiences with medical institutions and generally assume the worst. But my fears were unfounded here. Everyone was very friendly, the receptionist, the lady who took blood and even the security man at the entrance was extremely welcoming. Also had some questions before the blood draw, which were patiently answered by the receptionist. Thank you for the good care. I will only have my blood tests/laboratory analyzes done with you.

Finde ich super, nur leider war die Dame bei der Blutabnahme etwas hastig und jetzt habe ich eine schmerzende Violett-Blaue Einstichstelle. Very nice receptionists and no long waiting times thanks to the new ticket system. I think it's great, but unfortunately the lady was a bit hasty when taking the blood sample and now I have a painful purple-blue puncture site.

Hier sind alle freundlich ... und natürlich muss man warten ... abgesehen davon ist das gesamte Personal bemüht rasche und professionelle Leistung zu erbringen. Ich weiß als Problemfall wovon ich spreche ... da müssten bei mir wo alles immer länger dauert alle längst ausrasten. Das war nach mindestens 10 Besuchen bei Labors 1120 noch nie der Fall. Danke an alle !!! I don't understand the completely inappropriate complaints here. Everyone is friendly here... and of course you have to wait... apart from that, the entire staff tries to provide quick and professional service. I know what I'm talking about as a problem case ... since everything is taking longer and longer, everyone should have freaked out long ago. This has never been the case after at least 10 visits to Labors 1120. Thanks to all !!!
I	I S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist was so rude at the telephone when I tried to make an appointment (in German, not problem) that I prefer to don’t go to that laboratory! She was rude, speaking loud, making noises as if she was really tired or mad and when I told her to be kind, please, she answered ever louder saying: “was??, ich habe Bitte gesagt” Well, no, thank u! There are more laboratories in Vienna...
