★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war heute in diese Filiale. Es gibt eine alte Verkäuferin, sie ist immer so grantig , und respektlos, sie MUSS immer recht sein , und das Lätze Word zu sagen !! Es war heute die dritte Mal sie war so grantig . Sie kennt sich überhaupt nicht, sie kann gar nicht Beraten. Sie hat kein Lust , total unmotiviert ! Zum Glück , es war eine andere Dame die könnte mir beraten . Nie wieder in diese Filiale !!! Die alte Frau muss vielleicht ein Job finden wo sie kein Kontakt mit Kunden hat . Unglaublich. So eine Verkäuferin in so eine Filiale!!!
I went to this branch today. There is an old saleswoman, she is always so grumpy and disrespectful, she always HAS to be right and say the biblical word! Today was the third time she was so grumpy. She doesn't know each other at all, she can't advise at all. She doesn't feel like it, totally unmotivated! Fortunately, there was another lady who could advise me. Never again in this branch! The old woman may have to find a job where she has no contact with customers. Incredible. Such a saleswoman in such a branch!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der*die Mitarbeiter*in in der Mac Abteilung ist wahnsinnig kompetent. Er*Sie hat in weniger als 5 min. das exakt passende Make up für meine Haut gefunden. Super serviceorientiert - er*sie hat eine Gehaltserhöhung verdient und ist definitv zu Höherem Berufen.
The employee in the Mac department is incredibly competent. He * She found the perfect make-up for my skin in less than 5 minutes. Super service minded - he * she deserves a raise and is definitely up to the job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so dissaponted with this store and online shopping because they use cheap tricks to attrack customers with cheap prices for the product they do not have... I tried to reserve several times product Sol de Janeiro Creme Fierce Festa art no. 608042 at 25% discount and also gave them several calls - they claim that the product is not available but they still offer it online and they do not remove it. I guess they expect that once a customer is informed via email that this product is not available any more that he/she orders another one without discount. In communication they point out that the product is sold out... I will report them to customer protection.
