Hatte schon bezahlt als ich drauf hingewiesen habe und das unfreundliche Personal hat mir kein Geld zurückgeben und wenn ich das Teil zurückgegeben hätte, hätten Sie mir nur einen Gutschein ausgestellt. Kaufe aber sonst nie dort ein also was soll ich mit einem Gutschein machen???‍♀️ I bought a bra which was then 10 € more expensive at the checkout than written on. Had already paid when I pointed it out and the unfriendly staff did not give me any money back and if I had returned the part, they would only have given me a voucher. But otherwise never shop there, so what should I do with a voucher? ??‍♀️
S	SaNy Sami on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sogar 1. Stern Zuviel! War heute in der Filiale Mariahilfer Straße habe mir Schuhe für ein Geburtstagsgeschenk ausgesucht, die Solle war komplett abgenutzt ! Auf meine frage wurde mir genau so geantwortet : Du kannst von wo anders kaufen gehen, wir laufen mit den Schuhen nicht auf der Straße herum! Im 1 Stock 1 Herr und 2 Damen einer frecher als die/der andere! Ich habe daraufhin gefragt wer der Filialleiter sei und ich mit ihm oder ihr sprechen will, dann kam eine Antwort Wortwörtlich : Wer bist du das du alles wissen musst ?? Unser Leiter interessiert es nicht was du willst, ich sag dir auch nicht wie er/sie heißt ich weiß nicht was du denkst wer du BIST. Unser Leitung ist die selbe Meinung wie wir auch! Ich wurde von einem Herren zum Schluss auch AUSGELACHT und mit der Polizei bedroht das ich SEIN GESCHÄFT SOFORT VERLASSEN SOLL! SEIN GESCHÄFT??? Da, ich mit einer Leitung diesbezüglich sprechen wollte? Sowas unhöfliches habe ich noch nie im LEBEN in einer Filiale erlebt!!! Solange so ein PERSONAL in der Filiale arbeitet werden sie nieeeeeeee Kunden behalten !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Unglaublich!!!! So ein Verhalten ALLE Mitarbeiter haben sich in dem selben Niveau Verhalten! Respektlos, Anstandslos-NIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE WIEDER!!!!!!!!! Even 1 star too much! Was in the Mariahilfer Straße branch today and chose shoes for a birthday present, the sole was completely worn out! The answer to my question was exactly the same: You can buy from somewhere else, we don't walk around in the street with our shoes! On the 1st floor 1 gentleman and 2 ladies one cheekier than the other! I then asked who the branch manager was and I wanted to speak to him or her, then the answer came verbatim: who are you that you need to know everything?? Our director doesn't care what you want, I won't tell you his/her name either, I don't know what you think you ARE. Our management is the same opinion as we are! I was also LAUGHED at by a gentleman at the end and threatened with the police that I SHOULD LEAVE HIS BUSINESS IMMEDIATELY! HIS BUSINESS??? Since I wanted to speak to a line regarding this? I have never experienced something so rude in my LIFE in a branch!!! As long as such a STAFF works in the branch, they will never keep customers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Unbelievable!!!! Such behavior ALL employees behaved at the same level! Disrespectful-NEVEREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

Ein großer Lob an alle Mitarbeiterinnen die sehr zuvorkommend und einen tollen Mode Geschmack bewiesen haben. In Zukunft komme ich nur her. :) I've been a Guess customer for years, I've visited many branches, but I've never been treated as professionally and friendly as I was. A big compliment to all the employees who have proven to be very courteous and have a great taste in fashion. I'll only come here in the future. :)
