Just get out of the project as soon as something doesn't go to his satisfaction - but still a good company in the construction industry ...

Die Mitarbeiter kamen pünktlich an und haben die Arbeit ordnungsgemäß/sauber abgeschlossen. Werde bei einem Ausfall wieder auf Stolex zukommen.
I need a service for my thermal bath and various radiators in the apartment. The gentleman on the phone was very friendly and immediately offered me an appointment. The employees arrived on time and completed the work properly / cleanly. Will come back to Stolex in the event of a failure.

Wir (Gebäudeverwaltung) arbeiten mit Firma Stolex seit vielen Jahren zusammen. Die Firma macht für uns vorwiegend Altbausanierungen (Teil- als auch Komplettsanierungen). Der Bauleiter ist sehr freundlich und umsichtigt. Dadurch das ich mit ihm schon eine so lange Geschäftsbeziehung habe, bekomme ich schnell einen Termin und wir arbeiten sehr gut zusammen. Es wird auch auf Mängel eingegangen und was ich an Firma Stolex am meisten schätze ist, das Sie sich nicht hinstellt, wenn mal nach einem Jahr ein Mangel z.B. bei einer Küche - auftritt. Fährt in der selben Woche ein Mitarbeiter hin und behebt diesen schnell und professionell. Es gibt hier keine unnötigen Diskussionen und Gespräche werden immer auf Augenhöhe geführt ;)
Vielen Dank für die jahrelange Zusammenarbeit und noch viele weitere guten Jahre in der Zukunft!!!
Top renovation company
We (building management) have been working with Stolex for many years. The company mainly renovates old buildings for us (partial and complete renovations). The site manager is very friendly and careful. Because I've had such a long business relationship with him, I get an appointment quickly and we work very well together. Defects are also dealt with and what I appreciate most about Stolex is that they do not stand up if a deficiency e.g. at a kitchen - occurs. If an employee drives there in the same week and fixes it quickly and professionally. There are no unnecessary discussions and conversations are always held at eye level;)
