A	Andreas Gith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ganz ehrlich ich bin nicht einer der sich grundlos aufregt aber die Beratung sowie das zwischenmenschliche ist ein Witz in dem Laden der Batteriewechsel war in Ordnung aber unfreundlich, ich meine man muss nicht jeden Kunden nach der Krise die füsse küssen aber dazwischen liegt ja auch noch was. Honestly I'm not one who gets upset for no reason but the advice and the interpersonal is a joke in the charging of the battery change was fine but unfriendly, I mean you don't have to kiss every customer after the crisis but there is also something in between .
A	Alwin Pich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extrem unfreundliches Personal. Großen Bogen um diesen Laden machen. Noch nie so unfreundlich als Kunde behandelt worden. Gibt genügend andere Geschäfte in der Nähe (z.B. Kek Duna)! Extremely rude staff. Avoid this shop. Never been treated so rude as a customer. There are plenty of other shops nearby (e.g. Kek Duna)!
A	Andrea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine Erfahrung der anderen Art - 1 Tag vor Lockdown wollte ich 2 Silberanhänger vormittags kaufen. Das Geschäft war geschlossen. Ich ging aufs Postamt und probierte danach nochmal - zu. Daraufhin hab ich die Glocke entdeckt und hab geläutet. Der etwas korpulente Herr hat wiederwillig geöffnet und gemeint - obwohl das Lokal leer war - er hätte soviel zu tun, ich soll um 14h wiederkommen, wenn die Chefin da ist. Er hat jetzt keine Zeit Schmuck zu verkaufen. Da ich mich bemühe, nicht bei Amazon zu kaufen - sondern lokale Händler unterstützen möchte - versuche ich es heute 7.12. - 1. Tag nach dem Lockdown wieder. Diesmal war die Tür geöffnet - der korpulente Herr kam wieder. Ich bat, mir die Anhänger ansehen zu dürfen. Sogleich sagte der Herr aber - "nicht angreifen" und er könne sie vom Präsentierteller nicht runternehmen - weil er nicht jeden wieder raufgeben kann. Dann fand ich einen angelaufenen Schmetterling - der mir gefallen hätte. Ich sagte ihm, er müsse diesen ohnehin runternehmen und polieren. Darauf nahm er alle Präsentierplatten weg und sagte, er hätte keine Zeit und zum Polieren schon gar nicht, und er hätte mir schon beim letzten Mal gesagt, ich soll um 14h wiederkommen. Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt - aber macht nichts - ich ging in der Mariahilferstraße zu einem Meisterbetrieb. Das Ehepaar war zuvorkommend und ich durfte jeden Anhänger runternehmen und ausprobieren - ich habe ein lokales Unternehmen unterstützt - die meine 100,-- Euro wollten. An experience of a different kind - 1 day before lockdown I wanted to buy 2 silver pendants in the morning. The shop was closed. I went to the post office and then tried again - to. Then I discovered the bell and rang it. The somewhat corpulent gentleman has reluctantly opened and said - although the restaurant was empty - he had so much to do, I should come back at 2pm when the boss is there. He doesn't have time to sell jewelry now. Since I'm trying not to buy from Amazon - but want to support local retailers - I'm trying today 7.12. - 1st day after the lockdown again. This time the door was open - the stout gentleman came back. I asked to see the trailers. But immediately the gentleman said - "don't attack" and he couldn't take them off the platter - because he couldn't give everyone up again. Then I found a tarnished butterfly - which I would have liked. I told him he had to take it down and polish it anyway. Then he took away all the presentation plates and said he had no time and certainly not to polish, and he had already told me last time that I should come back at 2pm. I've never experienced anything like this - but it doesn't matter - I went to a master craftsman's workshop on Mariahilferstrasse. The couple were courteous and I was allowed to take every trailer down and try it - I supported a local company - who wanted my 100 euros.
M	Michael R. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kann mich den negativen Rezensenten nicht anschließen. Jedes Mal wenn ich in dem Geschäft bin, ist das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Preise sind auch in Ordnung in Anbetracht der Lage des Geschäfts. Ich komme gerne wieder ?. Cannot join the negative reviewers. Every time I am in the shop the staff is very friendly. The prices are okay considering the location of the store. I would love to come back ?.

P	Peter Kaiser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr nette Verkäuferin - bin froh, daß es dieses kleine Geschäft noch gibt. Aber die Auswahl an Knopfzellen-Batterien war früher größer. Very nice seller - I'm glad this little shop still exists. But button cell battery choices used to be bigger.
