In the last few years before Corona, we always booked our Austria holidays via Kurzurlaub.at and never had any problems. Uncomplicated booking or reservation. This is how the vacation should begin!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe am Freitag kurzfristig für ein Wochenende in Kärnten gebucht. Funktionierte super. Am nächsten Tag fuhren wir (meine Frau, meine 2kinder und ich) also los. So nach 2 Stunden Autofahren klingelte mein Telefon. Ja guten Tag Hotel****** sie haben über kurzurlaub bei uns gebucht, wir haben die Daten erst jetzt bekommen und ich muss ihnen sagen dass wir voll sind. ?????? Wie im Film, die Dame am Telefon musste sich kurz meinen Ärger anhören, aber sie kann eh nix dafür. Wir sind dann trotzdem nach Kärnten weiter gefahren und haben zum Glück in einer Pension Unterschlupf gefunden. Von kurzurlaub at kam weder eine Entschuldigung noch sonst irgend eine Reaktion. Nie wieder Buch ist hier was.
Booked at short notice for a weekend in Carinthia on Friday. Worked great. So the next day we (my wife, my 2 children and I) drove off. So after 2 hours of driving my phone rang. Yes hello hotel ****** you booked with us for a short break, we have only received the data now and I have to tell you that we are full. ?????? Like in the film, the lady on the phone had to listen to my anger for a moment, but she can't help it anyway. We drove on to Carinthia anyway and luckily found shelter in a guesthouse. From short vacation at there was neither an apology nor any other reaction. Never again a book is something here.
