Cyberport Store Wien Westbahnhof - Apple, Notebooks & Co. - Europaplatz 3

Cyber port is a small but affordable tech shop in westbanhof. Although it doesn't have a variety like media markt or other tech shops but prices are better . Only issue is that they don't have so many branches etc and due to limited inventory, you might not find everything you need But its central, on the top floor of westbanhof shopping mall.. so, if you are driving by u6, u3 or sbahn..you don't need to go out of the station ans you can enjoy cyber port

Customer got screamed at after just being curious about the price of a product and the employee lost his calmness very unprofessional. Stood in line for 30 min to pick up my order only for them to tell me they accidentally sent out the notification that my order has arrived. Customer service was overall very bad. I recommend choosing a different electronic store over this. I wont buy anything from Cyberport again.

Very unpleasant experience. Don't want to repair my laptop, claimed that it has no warranty, year and 3 months after purchase. On the documents the guarantee is 2 years! Update: You have been contacted numerous times over the e-mail, and last few days including today - personally on site! With no result what so ever! My review stands!

Not only unfriendly staff, but also when called, the hotline service team does not know anything about your order. i placed an order where it states on their website that the article is in stock and will be shipped immidietly. after waiting a couple of days i received an email stating that thr product which they are still advertising as in stock on their website is out of stock and i have to wait. even when i called and asked the service team why it is still advertised as in stock even though i am waiting here being told out of stock, the response was: i do not know why, your order is still not being ship amd remains on status open, please be a little patient. Products are advertised as being avaiable even though they are out of stock, and even their hotline service team can not help at all. unfortunatly i would recommend no one to shop at this company. what a shame...... EDIT: Dear Daniel, i wrote an email to you but i did not receive anything back neither from you nor your company, evem though today was the day everything should have been delivered to your stock pile. what a let down, sadly like i said before very unreliable company. i will wait 1-2 more days, if i still receive nothing, i will just cancel my orders and buy elsewhere. Update: they should have received all parts yesterday though still no one contacted me today, neither Daniel nor the company. i do hope you people read this as a warning to better not order something at this company, they seem to not give a damn about their customers. Edit 2: i cancled my orders. disgusting company.

Dear all, BE AWARE that whatever cyberport is writing about the delivery time on their website can be a lie.. And while waiting for this arrival, you could already buy the same item CHEAPER in another place! Happened to me before already.. and now again, once I ordered a graphic card, which was supposed to be available for pick up in 24h at westbahnhof shop... Also sometimes their prices displayed on the shelf is not matching their actual price.. They will of course answer that this is due to high demand due to crypto boom or something like this... But anyway it is a very upsetting customer experience!

"Good if you need something RIGHT NOW after 8pm and for the occasional item on sale, but they don't do discounts and price matching. Even if you need to wait a day for items which you can get in 5 other stores for 1/3 of their price, quite a significant sum. That policy isn't a big problem for the price savvy customer, since the central location in Wien Westbahnhof easily connects them to these stores."

This company is totally incompetent. I ordered a power supply with 3h express shipping (15€) on friday and on monday I still haven't gotten it. I called them multiple times, "yeah dont worry you ll have it on saturday - 15:00" ... after waiting the whole day I found out that was a lie. One support-member says he ll divert the shippent for monday to my work-location after waiting another 4 hours, I called, and the other support-member told me there is no way to divert shippments ... . Its Monday 13:30 and they cant even send me a tracking number!!! I ll order it from ditech and I'll never order anything from Cyberdumbasses again.... I can highly recommend to use another shop/reseller.... This feels like dropshipping made by retards! I wish I could give 0 stars ...

After my mainboard, which was still under warranty, broke down, I brought it to Cyberport Westbahnhof Vienna. They informed me that I will receive it back in approximately 1 month. After two weeks I received a message that it has finally left their own store (Cyberport Westbahnhof Vienna). Two months later, after not receiving any information regarding my order, I went there in person only to find out that the manufacturer does not produce it anymore and that I would get my money back. Two months without my main workstation! And they did not even inform me, I had to go there and inform myself! This is not acceptable!
