Die gesamte Kommunikation gestaltete sich sehr umständlich und war von Seiten Herrn Diewalds mit sehr langen Antwortzeiten verbunden. Das Konfekt kam immerhin pünktlich und hat auch geschmeckt, war aber für die Größe, deutlich kleiner als normale Pralinen, sehr überteuert. Wenig später bekam ich via Mail die Rechnung, allerdings ohne Kontonummer, es dauerte wieder einige Tage bis ich diese bekam. Am gleichen Tag habe ich die ausstehende Summe überwiesen. Wochen später Mitte August bekam ich eine freundliche Erinnerung mit einer ganz anderen Kontonummer und der Bitte die doch noch ausstehende Summe zu begleichen. Ich verwies auf meine Überweisung im Juli. Im September bekam ich dann eine weitere Mail von Herrn Diewald, er hätte in der letzten Kontonummer einen Zahlendreher gehabt, ich möge die Summe doch bitte auf diese Nummer überweisen. Ohne Worte.. Fazit: Sehr unprofessionell, unorganisert und überteuert. Keine Empfehlung. Better to stay away from it. In June I ordered a box of confectionery to Germany for a certain date. The entire communication turned out to be very cumbersome and was associated with very long response times on the part of Mr. Diewald. The confectionery arrived on time and tasted good, but it was very overpriced for its size, which is much smaller than normal pralines. A little later I received the invoice via email, but without an account number, it took a few days again until I received it. On the same day, I transferred the outstanding amount. Weeks later in mid-August I received a friendly reminder with a completely different account number and a request to settle the outstanding amount. I referred to my transfer in July. In September I received another email from Mr. Diewald, he would have had a wrong number in the last account number, I should please transfer the sum to this number. Without words.. Conclusion: very unprofessional, disorganized and overpriced. No recommendation.
