★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop owner attempted to sell me baggage with defects (the zip is not working smoothly) and claimed that there is no problem to him with the zip. He even suggested that I should replace the zip on the baggage myself if I am so unhappy with it because the bag I just bought from a pricy brand could pay for thousands of zips.
What kind of logic is that? Just because I just bought something much more expensive then I should pay for a defective product and fix it myself?! I don't have the right to pick and buy a product I want and without defects?
I have no doubts that this shop will not tell you if there is any flaws on their goods and sell it at the original price. Caveat emptor!!!
