M	Mäxx Mo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ganz gutes Geschäft, nur das Personal kommt mir vor interessiert es nicht zu verkaufen, bin nun schon 3x drinnen gewesen wo bei ich mir 2x was selber verkaufen musste da die Damen nicht wirklich freundlich auf einen zukommen sondern mir kommt es eher vor als wenn man hofft das man wieder geht very good business, only the staff seems to me interested in not selling it, I have now been 3x inside where I had to sell 2x something myself since the ladies are not really friendly on one but it seems to me rather than if one hopes that you go again

Ich konnte meinen Eastpak-Beutel, bei dem ein Reissverschluss defekt war, abgeben und kostenlos (durch Eastpak?) reparieren lassen und nach ca. einer Woche wieder abholen. Even if the business looks very small - the choice is huge! I was able to hand in my Eastpak bag with a defective zipper and have it repaired free of charge (by Eastpak?) And then pick it up again after about a week.

Wie viele Taschen müssen verkauft werden, allein um die Miete zu bezahlen. Sehr mutig. Abgesehen von meiner "Sorge" ist mir das nette, zuvorkommende jnd kompetente Personal aufgefallen. I was fascinated and visited this shop. How can a store that only sells bags in a mall survive? How many bags have to be sold, just to pay the rent. Very brave. Apart from my "concern" I noticed the nice, courteous and competent staff.

Man erwartete von mir die Rechnung einer Tasche, die ich bereits vor 2 Jahren im Bag Store erworben hatte. Ich wollte den Ersatz-Verschluss ja schließlich erwerben und nicht geschenkt. Da die Marke der Tasche hier geführt wird, erwartete ich keinerlei Probleme. Das Personal war leider absolut unfreundlich, unterhielt sich lieber angeregt in einer mir nicht verständlichen Sprache untereinander und war leider nicht einmal annähernd bemüht, eine zufriedenstellende Lösung zu für mein Problem zu finden. Hier werde ich sicherlich nichts mehr kaufen. Unfortunately, my desire to buy a new closure for my bag was completely shabby. I was expected to pay the bill for a bag I had bought in the Bag Store 2 years ago. After all, I wanted to buy the replacement lock and not give it. Since the brand of the bag is led here, I expected no problems. The staff was unfortunately very rude, talked animatedly in a language I did not understand each other and was unfortunately not even close to trying to find a satisfactory solution to my problem. I will certainly not buy anything here anymore.

Leider ging der Reißverschluss vom meinem letzten Koffer bereits auf der zweiten Reise nach nur 5 Monaten kaputt. Offensichtich ein Materialfehler. Die Angestellten waren sehr bemüht eine positive Lösung zu finden. Large selection and competent advice. Prices okay too. Unfortunately, the zipper on my last suitcase broke on the second trip after only 5 months. Obviously a material defect. The staff tried very hard to find a positive solution.

D	Das Loni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jedes Mal wieder eine reine Enttäuschung!! Selbst wenn man aufgrund des Angebotes etwas kaufen wollen würde, wird dies Einem vermiest sobald man auf einen VerkäuferIn angewiesen ist. Bei jedem unserer Besuche, so auch heute, trafen wir auf unfreundliche, desinteressierte und unkundige Mitarbeiter. Ja, es ist einiges an Sortiment, aber nichts, was man woanders nicht auch findet!! Fazit: nie wieder! Every time a pure disappointment !! Even if you want to buy something because of the offer, this is spoiled for you as soon as you depend on a seller. On each of our visits, including today, we met unfriendly, disinterested and ignorant employees. Yes, there is a lot of assortment, but nothing that you can't find elsewhere !! Conclusion: never again!
