Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und uns wurde auch das Gefühl übermittelt, dass es der Dame Spaß macht, eine Freude an der Arbeit hat und sie Ihre Produkte kennt.
Super nice advice and support from the employee Xe (nice Asian lady), as you would wish for in many other shops. We felt very welcome and we were also given the feeling that the lady enjoys it, enjoys her work and knows your products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As we entered the store we were approached by a sales lady informing us about the discounts happening in the store, when i asked her about the price of an item that wasn’t on the sales part se just nodded her head at me telling me that she wouldn’t show it to me as if i couldnt afford it or something then she quickly pointed at me the sales section repeatedly telling me that it was cheaper and i insisted that i wanted to know the price and she wouldn’t give it to me. Horrible experience will never go back there !

After browsing about for a few minutes, we were approached by a lovely Sales Lady, Pia(?) she was lovely, patient and helpful and offered me options without being pushy. She was how one should expect to be serviced and more. She made shopping there, delightful.
