★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience - we are quite frequently spending a few days in Kinderhotels but this was so far the best experience for several reasons:
1. Child program - the program they offer for children (our boy is nearly 4) is quite amazing. They did handicraft work, paint one's face, pirate games, pony cleaning, caress bunnies, build a snowman, skiing, dancing, and so on. So my little one really liked to be there with his buddy and spent time with the other child.
2. Food - the food was always great and high quality. One of the most important holiday needs for me is good food. In the evening we always got a 4 gear menu we chose in the morning from 3 different available dishes, the choices on the breakfast were always comprehensive.
3. Everybody was very friendly. During the whole stay there was no negative experience with anyone from the personell.
4. Clean - all the playgrounds and the rooms were very clean. This is not always the case but looks like the hygiene is taken very serious.
Can only recommend to go there, we will for sure come there again.
