★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Family stay. The hotel is quite old school designed and not sterile clean but all facilities are great. Pool, garden, ponys, playgroud, lobby, gym... food is classic austrian, heavy and fatty but the buffet was very rich. Our room was literally huge witch was great as we travel with 3 kids. The staff is very kind nad friendly. There was just one really annoying thing that couldn't be changed- the temperature in the room was all over 28-30 due to it was situated right above the pool. It was really tiring. Finally the value for the price is very good if only you choose any other room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rang very last-minute to rent electric mountainbikes from here. Even though we are not hotel guests, we were welcome to rent the two last bikes for a very fair price. The parking was free and easy, the wait by reception was long. This was because there was only one young receptionist having to help the whole queue, while it seemed two managers were standing by the desk chatting and not helping guests. The receptionist was knowledgeable and helped out all the guests with patience and she did a great job. She provided us with amazing maps of the surrounding area and she showed us the bikes. The bikes were very small for us, but we rented them anyway since they were the last ones. The ride was amazing and challenging and we had a blast! Upon return the receptionist helped us again, and we paid a small fee for the half day we used the bikes.
