D	Dr Cuddy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben hier 2 Nächte im Rahmen einer Fahrradreise verbracht und wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer mit riesigen Balkon und schönem Ausblick. Alles war super sauber, gepflegt und man fühlt sich einfach wohl. Beim Frühstück hat es an nichts gefehlt, umfangreiche Auswahl und sehr lecker. Und natürlich die Besitzer, Thea und René, die 2 sind tolle Gastgeber, hatten viele Tipps für Ausflüge auf Lager und sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder, das Hotel ist absolut zu empfehlen. We stayed here for 2 nights as part of a bicycle trip and would have liked to stay longer. We had a large room with huge balcony and nice view. Everything was super clean, well maintained and you just feel good. The breakfast was nothing missing, extensive selection and delicious. And of course the owners, Thea and René, the 2 are great hosts, had lots of tips for trips in stock and are very nice and helpful. We will be back, the hotel is absolutely recommended.
H	Henk Pol on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ons verblijf bij Alphotel was zeer fijn. Zeer vriendelijke gastheer en dame, die je goed kunnen informeren over de mogelijkheden in de omgeving. De ligging van het hotel/appartement zeer gunstig. Rustige omgeving maar toch op korte afstand van het gezellige centrum van de stad. De door de hoteleigenaar verstrekte Nationalpark Sommercard, maakte het bezoeken van zeer veel bijzondere natuurverschijnselen, gebruik maken van skiliften ed gratis mogelijk. Dit alles maakte de vakantie tot een topvakantie. Our stay at Alphotel was very nice. Very friendly host and lady, who can inform you about the possibilities in the area. The location of the hotel / apartment is very favorable. Quiet area yet a short distance from the pleasant city center. The National Park Sommercard, provided by the hotel owner, made it possible to visit many special natural phenomena, use ski lifts, etc. for free. All this made the holiday a great holiday.

René wist veel te vertellen over de omgeving en Thea zorgde elke morgen voor een lekker warm ei. Aanrader! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Very nice experience with René and Thea Nice rooms and the breakfast was excellent. René knew a lot about the area and Thea provided a nice warm egg every morning. Recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
D	Dennis Kuhlmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Apartment Großvenediger. Es war ein Zweier-Zimmer mit Hochbett. Das Zimmer hatte eine Größe von max. 2,50x2m. Kein Fenster, kein Schrank, nur ein winziges Regal. Viel Platz zur Bewegung war auch nicht, wenn von der Grundfläche das Bett von 90x200cm abgezogen werden musste. Absolut nicht wie auf dem Foto abgebildet. Die Matratze war zudem sehr unbequem. Der Preis pro Nacht war absolut überzogen für diese „Abstellkammer“. Der freundliche Empfang war leider nur Schein. Beim Auschecken wurde nur eine Barzahlung akzeptiert, während andere mit Karte zahlen konnten. Das kam uns sehr komisch vor! Auch auf Nachfrage war keine Kartenzahlung möglich. Mittersill ist eine Reise wert, aber dieses Apartment nicht. Leider sehr enttäuschend und absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Mein Tipp: Machen Sie einen Bogen drum. We had a room in the Großvenediger apartment. It was a twin room with a loft bed. The room had a maximum size of 2.50 x 2 m. No window, no closet, just a tiny shelf. There wasn't much room to move around when the bed measuring 90x200cm had to be removed from the base. Absolutely not as shown in the photo. The mattress was also very uncomfortable. The price per night was absolutely excessive for this "storage room". The friendly reception was unfortunately only a pretense. Only cash payment was accepted upon check out while others could pay by card. That seemed very strange to us! Card payments were also not possible on request. Mittersill is worth the trip, but this apartment is not. Unfortunately very disappointing and absolutely not to be recommended. My tip: avoid it.
T	Thijs Van Zandwijk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij hebben hier een geweldig verblijf gehad. Zowel de hotelkamers, als het appartement was super. Ruim opgezet en keurig schoon. Verder waren Rene en Thea zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Niets was teveel voor ze en altijd persoonlijke aandacht! Ze gaven je echt een fijn gevoel van 'thuis' komen. Het ontbijt was elke ochtend weer genieten. Klasse gedaan, echt een topverblijf gehad. We komen in de winter weer terug!! Nogmaals ontzettend bedankt voor de aangename tijd. We had a great stay here. Both the hotel rooms and the apartment were great. Spacious and neatly clean. Furthermore, Rene and Thea were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much for them and always personal attention! They really gave you a nice feeling of coming 'home'. Breakfast was enjoyable every morning. Well done, really had a great stay. We will be back in the winter!! Thanks again for the pleasant time.

The owners and staff were controlling our every movement and confronting us about every silly thing. They forbid us to use the common room because they were occupying it on their own all evening. They controlled every item that we put on our plates at the breakfast and commented if someone took more than three slices of ham. They did not refill the breakfast tables so the amount of food at the breakfast was very limited. It was almost impossible to use sauna as there is very unfriendly schedule (especially when you return from skiing after the ski-lifts close) and the owners seemed very bothered every time we asked them to turn the sauna on or wanted to stay there longer. The cleaning lady was obviously going through our staff but we couldn't do anything about that. When we didn´t like something and told the owner she said that if we don´t like it you can leave. But we could not leave because we had already paid for the stay. The stay at this hotel was really stressful and I would never go there again.
