★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mir ist es ein Rätsel, wie man für so ein Hotelzimmer € 180 (Doppelzimmer) pro Nacht verlangen darf. Sogar die Heizung war bis 18:00 uhr ausgeschaltet. Im Hotel gibt's nicht mal eine Bar??
 It's a mystery to me how you can charge €180 (double room) per night for a hotel room like this. Even the heating was off until 6pm. There isn't even a bar in the hotel??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and nice hotel with good food and absolutely perfect service (e.g. they kept hotel bar open till 4 a.m. just because we wanted to drink). Natascha Wieser and her family are doing their best for hotel guests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old traditional exterior... updated interior. The place was very clean...bathroom was recently remodeled. Small pool in basement. But the sanna and spa were not available (bur advertised). Beds had flannel sheets. Nothing wrong with the place but enjoyed other hotels a lot more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is an ideal place for staying...we stayed there in Summer and we enjoyed all the advantages of the free Guest Card.. it is called Summer Card, and we got so many free rides on lifts and free admissions, even a free entrance ticket to Großglockner ... we had such a great time in that cosy place! My parents really loved the rooms and the dinner as well as the wellness area.
Food was so awesome ..... really natural and best quality. The view from the room was great, and also the way everything was furnished... clean and neat, friendly and yet cosy.
The service team was so friendly, and we were able to get help with our individual needs. We got advice how to find our way and on what to do.
We will gladly come back, if we get a chance to revisit Mittersill !
