The tarpaulin is extremely stable, easy to use and wonderfully insulated! Ms. Schaffrath, from Kertex, gave us great advice. We are very satisfied. If this tarpaulin breaks, only one from Kertex will come again. thank you

Da ich aber wieder baden möchte und auch eine Abdeckung dazu brauche, wurde ich im Netz auf die österreichische Firma Kertex aufmerksam. Ich habe sofort dort angerufen und ich wurde beraten. Dann kam es noch zu einem netten persönlichen Gespräch, was mir sehr gefiel. Dann wurde das Gewollte per Mail bestellt und prompt kam die Bestätigung mit dem Preisvorschlag, den ich nicht ablehnen konnte. Unkompliziertes, schnelles Geschäft. Top Geschäftspartner und 1A telefonische Beratung. Ich kann Kertex nur empfehlen. Es ist alles bei dem Geschäft so abgelaufen, wie telefonisch abgesprochen. Jeder Zeit gern wieder zu Geschäften bereit. Due to the storm on January 18, 2018 called "Friederike" my pool and convertible was destroyed by a beach chair thrown through the air. But since I want to bathe again and also need a cover, I became aware of the Austrian company Kertex online. I called there immediately and I was advised. Fa. meldet sich einfach nicht mehr, keine Ahnung hat offensichtlich Interesse verloren. Habe 3 Monate lang versucht mit der Fa. Kontakt aufzunehmen, war nicht möglich. Mind. 10 x Mail geschrieben —> keine Reaktion. Mehrmals angerufen und vertröstet worden, sie werden zurückgerufen, ist leider nicht einmal passiert. Repair pool cover was okay. Uncompleted final work creates insurmountable problem. The company just doesn't get in touch anymore, no idea has obviously lost interest. Tried to contact the company for 3 months, was not possible. min. Written 10 x mail —> no reaction. Called several times and put off, they called you back, unfortunately that didn't happen once.
