Das Team von Pool Discount hat sich sehr bemüht. Habe auch Vorort weiteres Zubehör eingekauft. Sehr freundliche Bedienung nach Terminvereinbarung! n	novum 84 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die negativen Bewertungen kann ich absolut nicht nachvollziehen und finde eine Bewertung von aktuell 3.7 hat dieses Unternehmen beim Besten Willen nicht verdient. Hier meine Erfahrung : seit ca. 4Wochen täglich auf der Suche nach erschwinglichen Pools (die Preise sind während Covid-19 ja explodiert). Dann scheint die Firma Pool Discount eine kleine Lieferung von INTEX erhalten zu haben da dass gesuchte Modell plötzlich wieder verfügbar war und das zu einem sehr fairen Preis. Da zZt. viele schwarze Schafe und Betrüger in diesem Segment unterwegs sind entschloss ich mich vor Bestellung lieber anzurufen. Und was soll ich sagen, noch nichtmal einmal klingeln und ich hatte direkt eine sehr nette und freundliche Dame am Telefon ohne Warteschleife. Nach Bestellung fand ich noch das ein oder andere Zubehör dass ich auch noch haben wollte und schrieb die Firma an ob Versand Gebühren eingespart werden könnten. Ich erhielt maximal eine Stunde später einen Rückruf ichsolle schnell bestellen damit die Ware zusammen mit dem Pool verschickt werden kann. Gesagt getan und wieder eine Stunde später erhielt ich eine Rechnung mit der Rückerstattung der Versandkosten. Perfekt! Und nochmal 3 Tage später steht mein Pool in der Garage und wartet auf den Aufbau. Und das per Spedition von Österreich nach Deutschland! Also meine Erfahrung mit diesem Unternehmen ist so positiv, wie ich es heute schon lange nicht mehr im Bereich Kundenservice erlebt habe. Top! Vielen Dank an das ganze Team! I absolutely can not understand the negative reviews and find a rating of currently 3.7, this company did not deserve with the best will. Here is my experience: I've been looking for affordable pools for about 4 weeks (prices have skyrocketed during Covid-19). Then the company Pool Discount seems to have received a small delivery from INTEX because the model they were looking for was suddenly available again and at a very fair price. Currently. Many black sheep and scammers are traveling in this segment, so I decided to call before ordering. And what can I say, not even ring the bell and I immediately had a very nice and friendly lady on the phone without waiting. After ordering, I found one or two accessories that I also wanted and wrote to the company whether shipping fees could be saved. I received a call back no more than an hour later, so I should order quickly so that the goods can be sent together with the pool. No sooner said than done and an hour later I received an invoice with the reimbursement of the shipping costs. Perfect! And again 3 days later my pool is in the garage waiting to be set up. And that by forwarding from Austria to Germany! So my experience with this company is as positive as I have not had in a customer service area for a long time. Top! Many thanks to the whole team!

Mittlerweile ist auch meine Geduld am Ende und ich habe den Pool storniert. Aber auch hier erhalte ich schon tagelang keine Reaktion. Genau das hat mich jetzt dazu veranlasst diese gute Bewertung abzugeben. Danke PoolDiscount. Ordered pool 2 months ago. Written requests either do not respond at all or only after many days. You can NEVER be reached by phone. Meanwhile my patience is running out and I have canceled the pool. But even here I have had no reaction for days. This is exactly what prompted me to give this good rating. Thanks PoolDiscount.

Da dies unser erster Pool ist, haben wir nach toller Beratung noch einiges an Zubehör (Pool-Vlies, Starter-Set und LED-Fontäne) gekauft. Erstklassiger Service beim Verladen. Und es gab sogar noch ein kleines Präsent. Der Sommer kann kommen ???‍♂️ We picked up our pool on site. Everything went great. Since this is our first pool, after a great consultation we bought some accessories (pool fleece, starter set and LED fountain). First class service when loading. And there was even a little present. Summer can come ???‍♂️

Wenn die Lieferung auch noch so super klappt, dann alle Daumen Hoch Very good advice, even during the Corona period! Although it was reserved last year, Pool Discount asked us this year whether we still needed this pool. If the delivery goes so well, then all thumbs up

Ursprünglich hätte der Pool bei einer früheren Lieferung dabei sein sollen und ich hatte auch kurz einmal Zweifel, ob das in dieser außergewöhnlichen Situation wohl noch klappen wird. Ich hatte regelmäßigen telefonischen Kontakt mit einem Mitarbeiter, der mir stets freundlich versicherte, die Lieferung sei unterwegs. Rückblickend kann ich sagen, dass vielen kleineren Unternehmen - Pool Discount ist ein Familienbetrieb- in dieser herausfordernden Zeit Geduld und Verständnis mehr helfen würden als negative Bewertungen. I ordered a circular pool on May 11th and received it and accessories on May 28th. Originally, the pool should have been part of an earlier delivery and I also had a brief doubt whether this would still work in this unusual situation. I had regular telephone contact with an employee who always kindly assured me that the delivery was on the way. In retrospect I can say that many smaller companies - Pool Discount is a family business - in this challenging time, patience and understanding would help more than negative reviews.
M	MGH on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine einzige Katastrophe.... Pool Mitte März bestellt und bezahlt (immerhin 8.000 Euro), sollte dann Ende April geliefert werden... Ich wurde insgesamt 4 mal um je 2 Wochen und dann nochmal um eine Woche vertröstet. Habe dann storniert und einen anderen gekauft. Viel Ärger um nix, 7 Wochen lang einen verwüsteten Garten, verärgerte Handwerker, die mich eingeplant hatten, etc. Und das Beste ist, Hersteller und Händler beschuldigen sich gegenseitig... Ich denke auch, der Pool wäre dieses Jahr nicht mehr gekommen. Auch eine Kommunikation seitens des Händlers erfolgt nur bei aktiver Ansprache - ansonsten lässt man geplante Liefertermine einfach verstreichen. Vollkommen unprofessionell wie mit den Kunden umgegangen wird. Nie wieder. Den einen Stern gibt es dafür, dass ich mein Geld zurückerhalten habe. A single catastrophe .... Pool ordered and paid for in mid-March (at least 8,000 euros), should then be delivered at the end of April ... I was put off a total of 4 times for 2 weeks each and then again for a week. Then canceled and bought another one. Much trouble about nothing, a devastated garden for 7 weeks, angry craftsmen who had planned me, etc. And the best thing is, manufacturers and dealers accuse each other ... I also think the pool would not have come this year. Communication on the part of the retailer only takes place when actively approached - otherwise planned delivery dates are simply allowed to pass. Completely unprofessional how the customers are dealt with. Never again. There is one star for getting my money back.
