Qualität kostet überall seinen Preis und es spricht für die Firma, daß, wie man in einigen negativen Rezensionen lesen kann, auf Aufträge verzichtet wird, um die angenommenen Aufträge zur besten Zufriedenheit ihrer Kunden auszuführen. Brunhuber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach einer sehr freundlichen Begrüßung durch die Damen am Empfang wurde ich schnell an den zuständigen leider scheinbar wenig motivierten Ersatzteilmitarbeiter im Keller weitergeleitet. Nachdem ich dem Herrn unseren kaputten Spannring gezeigt habe, bekam ich prompt zur Antwort, dass solche Teile sowieso nicht auf Lager sind. Dann fragte er mich nach dem Namen des Filters was ich leider nicht beantworten konnte weil ich ohnehin den Teil dabei hatte und einfach nur den Gleichen wieder kaufen wollte. Weiters erkundigte ich mich nach einem Schrauben für ein Entleerungsventil und zeigte dem Herrn auch ein Foto. "Solche Filter haben wir überhaupt nicht - da müssen Sie dorthin gehen wo Sie das gekauft haben!" Nur schade, dass ich denjenigen der das gekauft nicht mehr fragen kann. Deshalb hätte ich auch die Hilfe und Beratung eines Fachmannes bzw. einer Fachfirma gebraucht. Auf meine Frage wo man den Artikel beziehen könne, kam ein "Weiß ich auch nicht". Den passenden Spannring (von einem gängigen Gerät das die Firma auch in ihrem Sortiment hat) habe ich übrigens anschließend im Online Shop von Delphin Wellness gefunden. Schade. After a very friendly greeting from the ladies at reception, I was quickly forwarded to the responsible spare parts employee in the basement, unfortunately apparently not very motivated. After I showed the gentleman our broken tension ring, I got the answer promptly that such parts are not in stock anyway. Then he asked me for the name of the filter, which unfortunately I couldn't answer because I had the part with me anyway and just wanted to buy the same one again. I also asked about a screw for a drain valve and also showed the gentleman a photo. "We don't have such filters at all - you have to go where you bought them!" It's just a shame that I can no longer ask whoever bought it. That is why I would have needed the help and advice of a specialist or a specialist company. When I asked where the article could be obtained, I said "I don't know either". Incidentally, I found the right tension ring (from a common device that the company also has in their range) in the Delphin Wellness online shop. Too bad.
