★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keine Reaktion auf Anfrage für einen Auftrag. Musste wochenlang einem Termin hinterherlaufen, E-Mails schreiben ein duzend Telefonate führen mit dem Ergebnis, dass nach 4 Wochen weder ein Termin noch ein Angebot vorliegt. So sollte man mit einem Kunden NICHT umgehen!
No response to an order request. Had to run after an appointment for weeks, write emails a dozen phone calls with the result that after 4 weeks there was neither an appointment nor an offer. So you should NOT deal with a customer!

Mit dem unseren Bauträger alles zusammen geplant und tolle professionelle Beratung war auch dabei. Es ist jetzt ein Eye-Catcher, die Dachterrasse und die ganze Lage bekommt definitiv eine neue Dimension.
We have just got a beautiful pergola on our roof terrace. The product has the TOP quality and design. Everything was planned together with our property developer and great professional advice was also included. It is now an eye-catcher, the roof terrace and the whole location is definitely taking on a new dimension.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir "wohnen" nun eine Woche in unserem neuen Wintergarten von Sunhouse und sind absolut begeistert! Es ist wie ein zusätzliches Zimmer obwohl es nur ein "kalter" Wintergarten ist. Wind und Wetter bleiben zuverlässig draussen. Die Konstruktion ist extrem stabil, auch die Schiebetüren. Dies war bei unseren Windverhältnissen auch ein ausschlaggebender Punkt. Optisch passt er perfekt zu unserem Haus! viele Nachbarn schauen schon neidisch :)
Die Beratung und der Verkauf durch Herrn Tschernig war top, wir wurden über alles genauestens informiert und wurden immer freunlich bedient. Projektleitung und Konstrukteur waren immer bereit fragen zu beantworten und kompetent in der Planung. Dadurch wurde auch der Weg geebnet für eine tadellose Montage. Das Team reiste am Mittwoch mittag an und war Donnerstag abend fertig! immer freundlich und total unkompliziert. Perfekte Arbeit vom ersten Beratungsgespräch bis zur Fertigstellung!
Bei der einen negativen Bewertung hier auf Google muss sich der User wohl im Firmennamen geirrt haben, ich kann mir nicht vorstellen dass so etwas bei dieser Firma vorkommt.

We now "live" for a week in our new Sunhouse winter garden and are absolutely thrilled! It's like an extra room although it's just a "cold" conservatory. Wind and weather remain reliably outside. The construction is extremely stable, including the sliding doors. With our wind conditions, this was also a crucial point. Visually it fits in perfectly with our house! many neighbors are already looking envious :)
The advice and sales by Mr. Tschernig were top, we were informed about everything in detail and were always served friendly. Project management and design engineer were always ready to answer questions and were competent in planning. This also paved the way for a flawless assembly. The team arrived on Wednesday noon and was ready Thursday evening! always friendly and totally uncomplicated. Perfect work from the first consultation to completion!
With the one negative rating here on Google, the user must have made a mistake in the company name, I can't imagine that something like this would happen at this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein Unternehmen mit hoher Fachkompetenz, Erfahrung und Handschlagqualität. Die Mitarbeiter sind außerordentlich bemüht, der Chef packt mit an. Absolute Empfehlung wenn man einen Wintergarten oder eine Markise benötigt. Hier ist man jedenfalls in guten Händen.
A company with a high level of expertise, experience and handshake quality. The employees try extremely hard, the boss lends a hand. Absolute recommendation if you need a winter garden or an awning. In any case, you're in good hands here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War auf Anhieb der billigste, was nicht bedeuten soll dass die Qualität nicht stimmte. Hatte teilweise Angebote anderer Hersteller die fast 60% mehr verlangten. Bin trotz meiner Selbstmontage super zufrieden mit dem Produkt und dem Service (die Erklärung der Montage sowie die Umsetzung meiner Vorstellung)
Was the cheapest right away, which does not mean that the quality was not right. Sometimes had offers from other manufacturers that asked for almost 60% more. Despite my self-assembly, I am super satisfied with the product and the service (the explanation of the assembly and the implementation of my idea)
