★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach ausführlicher Beschreibung eines kleinen Auftrags hat man mir ein Preisangebot zukommen lassen, welches sich auf 36 bis 40 Euro bezog und eine Fertigstellung in den nächsten 3-5 Tagen einschloss. Perfektes Angebot. Sowohl preisgünstiger und schneller als die Konkurrenz weshalb ich mich für eine 1h Anreise mit dem unbestickten Textilien entschied, anstellen einer lokalen Stickerei mit einem gering höheren Angebot. Nach Ankunft wurde mir dann erklärt, dass der eigentliche Preis 60 Euro bezog und dass eine Fertigstellung in 9 Werktagen nochmals 50% Preisaufschlag bedeutet. Der Preis würde sich also auf um die 90Euro beziehen also mit Anreise deutlich unter dem eines Wettbewerbspartners.
Warum man mir also überhaupt ein Angebot zusendete ist für mich unverständlich.

Both cheaper and faster than the competition, which is why I decided on a 1 hour journey with the unembroidered textiles, instead of a local embroidery with a slightly higher offer. After arrival I was told that the actual price was 60 euros and that completion in 9 working days would mean another 50% surcharge. The price would therefore relate to around 90 euros, i.e. significantly below that of a competitor with arrival.
So why someone sent me an offer at all is incomprehensible to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DIMASTECHNOLIE hat mich in erster Linie mit der Preisgestaltung neugierig gemacht. Ich habe ein T-Shirt bedrucken lassen. Im Vergleich zu anderen ging es relativ schnell! Ebenfalls ist die Benachrichtigung per SMS lobenswert! Dass bei dem einen oder anderem Druck etwas schief gehen kann, ist klar, jedoch muss man immer schauen, wie das Unternehmen darauf reagiert. Bei mir war es eine Kleinigkeit (fällt auch nicht sonderlich auf) bei einem doch recht komplexen Logo die nicht ganz geklappt hat - dennoch war man bemüht eine Lösung zu finden und hat sie auch gefunden! Schlussendlich bin ich mit dem Ergebnis zufrieden und es ist so wie es sein soll. Danke!
DIMASTECHNOLIE made me curious primarily with the pricing. I had a T-shirt printed. Compared to others, it went relatively quickly! The SMS notification is also commendable! It is clear that something can go wrong with one or the other pressure, but you always have to see how the company reacts to it. For me it was a small thing (is not particularly noticeable) with a rather complex logo that didn't quite work - but they tried to find a solution and found it! In the end, I'm happy with the result and it's the way it should be. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine erste Wahl wenn es um Bestickung geht. Ich habe mir für meine Arbeit ein paar Polos besticken lassen und bin absolut zufrieden.
Da unser Logo nicht wirklich Groß ist und dich recht komplex, war ich mir relativ sicher dass das nicht möglich ist. Zum Glück wurde ich vom Gegenteil überzeugt.
Das Personal selber ist sehr freundlich aber doch etwas sehr im Stress. Trotzdem versucht man hier dem Kunden alles zu erklären. Nur mit einem anderen Tempo.
Fertiggestellt wurde unser Auftrag auch sehr rasch und kann hier nichts negatives sagen. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist hier Top.
My first choice when it comes to embroidery. I had a few polos embroidered for my work and I am absolutely satisfied.
Since our logo is not really big and you are quite complex, I was relatively certain that this is not possible. Fortunately, I was convinced otherwise.
The staff themselves are very friendly but a bit stressful. Nevertheless, you try to explain everything to the customer. Only at a different pace.
Our order was also completed very quickly and cannot say anything negative here. Price / performance ratio is top here.

We have our work clothes embroidered by DIMAS from the start. Quality very good, nice handling of customers, you can really recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geschenk an die Rechnungsadresse geliefert, obwohl Lieferadresse besprochen, Geschenk somit ein Monat vor Weihnachten beim Beschenkten angekommen - daraufhin einfach nur geantwortet “passiert normalerweise nie”. Dann, 4 Wochen später bekommt der Beschenkte (!) eine Mahnung per Post, obwohl einen Monat davor die volle Rechnung beglichen wurde + Zahlungsbestätigung vorhanden war. Ich als Bestellerin wurde trotz einigem E-Mail Verkehr nicht kontaktiert, sondern der Beschenkte!
Auf Nachfrage wieso nun wirklich alles schief gegangen ist, kam die Antwort:
“Das war wohl ein Fehler im Abgleich der Rechnungen, das kann ja passieren, werden Sie mir bestimmt recht geben. Nicht mit Absicht, nicht aus Bosheit, ein einfacher schlichter Fehler. Sagen Sie bloß nicht, dass Ihnen keiner passiert. Wir haben Sie ja nicht geklagt, oder? Mahnung in den Papierkorb, erledigt.”
Absolut 0 Punkte für Kundenservice!!
Was ist das denn für eine Antwort auf die zweite Beschwerde zu einer Bestellung??
Zwei Sterne gibt es, da die Polos gut gemacht sind - dennoch nie wieder.
The gift was delivered to the billing address, although the delivery address was discussed, so the gift arrived at the recipient one month before Christmas - then simply replied “normally never happens”. Then, 4 weeks later, the recipient (!) Receives a reminder by post, although the full invoice was paid one month before + confirmation of payment was available. As the customer, I was not contacted despite some email traffic, but the recipient!
When asked why everything really went wrong, the answer came:
“That was probably a mistake in comparing the invoices, that can happen, you will surely agree with me. Not on purpose, not out of malice, a simple blunder. Just don't say it won't happen to you. We didn't complain, did we? Reminder in the trash, done. "
Absolutely 0 points for customer service !!
What kind of answer is that to the second complaint about an order?
There are two stars because the polo shirts are well made - but never again.
