Die eine Mitarbeiterin ist mit zwei Kunden beschäftigt was ja ganz okay ist, die zweite ist im Lager, wo ich bei der Lagertüre kurz hinein fragte, ob es die Serie „French Garden“ noch länger gibt weil so wenig im Regal steht und Sie einen nur anschnauzt mit „machen sie sofort die Lagertüre zu“, als ich mich umdrehte, knallte Sie dann die Türe laut zu. So etwas ist nicht Kundenfreundlich und ich werde das nächste mal, wieder in die top geführte Filiale nach Parndorf fahren, den dort wird man als zahlender Kunde noch würdig und sehr sehr freundlich behandelt und günstiger ist es im Outletstore noch dazu. The employee in this branch was absolutely unfriendly and cheeky. One employee is busy with two customers, which is okay, the second is in the warehouse, where I asked briefly at the warehouse door whether the “French Garden” series would be there any longer because there is so little on the shelf and you only have one snarled with "close the storage door immediately", when I turned around, she slammed the door loudly. Something like that is not customer-friendly and the next time I will go back to the top-run branch in Parndorf, as a paying customer you will still be treated in a dignified and very friendly manner and it is cheaper in the outlet store, too.

The store had a beautiful store with helpful staff at that time, quality porcelain, dining room accessories, I've had things from them for 4 years ....

Egal zu welcher Tageszeit, in dieser Filiale ist telefonisch niemand erreichbar. Schade eigentlich, weil ich bislang alles bei Villeroy & Boch gekauft habe und immer zufrieden war, aber in der Filiale SCS ist der Kunde anscheinend nicht so wichtig. Gut, dass es auch noch andere Firmen gibt. I called the branch for two days to get information about a cutlery case. No matter what time of day, nobody can be reached by phone in this branch. It's really a pity, because I've bought everything from Villeroy & Boch so far and I've always been satisfied, but apparently the customer isn't that important in the SCS branch. Good thing there are other companies too.
