★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Memovox zum Service/zur Reparatur abgegeben, nach einer Woche Info, dass es wegen Auslastung des Personals bis zu 12 Wochen dauern wird. Das hätte man auch gleich sagen können, hätte mir einen Weg erspart. Zusätzlich noch Gehäuseservice für schlanke EUR 350.— angeboten, die Uhr wurde keine 20-mal getragen, Kundenorientierung sieht anders aus.
LeCoultre Boutique by Hübner gerne nie wieder.
Memovox returned for service / repair, after one week of information that it will take up to 12 weeks due to the workload of the staff. You could have said that right away, would have saved me a trip. In addition, a case service is offered for a slim EUR 350, the watch has not been worn 20 times, customer orientation looks different.
LeCoultre Boutique by Hübner never again.
