★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don’t accept American Express and they try to rip off tourist saying some charms are from Viena which they are not and can easily be found in any other pandora of the world. For example a castle and a crown. They say it’s Queen Sisi crown and the castle is the Hofburg.... It seems the seller isn’t form Wien since they don’t look anything like the originals.

Today my boyfriend and I visited the Pandora store in Vienna on a quest to find a beautiful ring. Just a few moments later we were standing outside with the perfect ring in our cute pandora bag, or so we thought... But when we wanted to take a look again, there was no ring in the box. We called the store what had happened and they immediately told us that the ring was still in the store and the employee "just forgot" to put our ring in the box. Luckily we were still in the neighborhood to pick it up. So if you would like to buy a ring and actually receive it, go to a different pandora store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were very helpful, even the time that the store was about to close. They helped me to find the right size, and advised me about the combination of charms. Most important: There was an offer, for the bracelet and 2 charms at the price of 99 euros, at Greece there is not. There is nothing to compare with the stores at Athens. Thanks once again.
