Zudem verkehrsgünstige Lage und gute Park- bzw. Haltemöglichkeiten. Business premises messy, but the shop owner is friendly and the package pickup worked perfectly. In addition, convenient location and good parking and stopping options.

Tut mir leid aber Langsam komm mir vor das die pakett Zusteller zusammen arbeiten mit paketshop und nicht DHL. Für was bezahlt mann sendungs Gebühren DHL ? Nicht mal Benachrichtigung in Brief kasten hintergelegt aber bereits zum abholen in paketshop und das zum dritte mal, jemand zuhause warten auf pakett und dann nicht mal benachrichtigt? Mann werde nun durch die Sendungsverfolgung informiert das dass die pakett steht bereits zum Abholung? Eine Artikel was soll am 29.06.29 zugestellt nach über eine Woche so was ? Nie wieder bestelle ich mit DHL und egal welche Logistik das pakett direkt in eine paketshop hinterlegt ohne Benachrichtigung werde ich nicht abholen, wann ich laufe muss dann geh ich selber einkaufen und spare ich mich Geld. Unzuverlässig DHL Logistik und zusammen hängen Partner ( paketshops ). So geht nicht weiter. Makes the package intentional the people should run extra to visit the shop (parcel shop) to visit? I'm sorry but Slowly, the parcel deliverers are working together with parcel shop and not DHL. What does DHL pay for shipping fees? Not even notification deposited in letter box but already to pick up in paketshop and the third time, someone at home waiting for pakett and then not even notified? Man will now be informed by the tracking that the package is already ready for pickup? An article which should be delivered on 29.06.29 after over a week so what? Never again do I order with DHL and no matter what logistics the package deposited directly into a parcel shop without notification I will not pick up when I have to run then I go shopping myself and I save myself money. Unreliable DHL logistics and hanging partners (package shops) together. It does not work like that.

Somit wäre es höflich und das mindeste mich zu Siezen und mich nicht als „Mein Freund“ zu titulieren.... Zum Rest fällt mir nicht mehr viel ein....außer ? 1. we are both not per you! 2. we are both not friends, acquaintances or the same ... So it would be polite and at least to Siezen and not to call me "my friend" .... I can't think of much about the rest ... except ?

J	Jakob on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ???Ein Stern ist schon einer zu viel. Nachdem ich heute höflich nach meinem Paket (UPS) gefragt habe, wurde ich sofort auf respektlose Art und Weise weggeschickt. Der Herr meinte, dass er arbeiten muss. Er kam spürbar genervt und gestresst rüber - ich war der einzige im Shop. Ich erwarte keinen 5 Sterne Service, aber ein einfaches Hallo und wie kann ich helfen, ist aus meiner Sicht echt nicht zu viel verlangt. Nachdem ich hartnäckig blieb und den Inhaber höflich ersuchte ob er den einfach kurz nachschauen kann ob das Paket schon eingetroffen ist, hatte der Inhaber das Paket innerhalb von wenigen Augenblicken bei Hand. Als ich den Inhaber darauf aufmerksam machte, dass das Nachschauen mit nicht viel Aufwand verbunden war und ich mich gefreut hätte wenn das ganze höflicher passiert wäre, wurde der Inhaber ausfällig und beschimpfte mich auf übelste Art und Weise. Ich werde diesen Shop mein ganzes Leben nicht mehr betreten und UPS im Vorhinein bitten mein Paket auf keinen Fall in diesem Shop abzugeben. Ich empfehle diesen Shop nicht zu betreten. Ganz mieser Service. UPS sollte die Zusammenarbeit umgehend beenden. ???One star is one too many. After politely asking for my package (UPS) today, I was immediately sent away in a disrespectful manner. The Lord said he had to work. He came across noticeably annoyed and stressed - I was the only one in the shop. I don't expect 5 star service, but a simple hello and how can I help is really not too much to ask from my point of view. After I persisted and politely asked the owner if he could just take a quick look to see whether the package had already arrived, the owner had the package to hand within a few moments. When I pointed out to the owner that looking it up was not associated with much effort and that I would have been happy if the whole thing had happened more politely, the owner was abusive and insulted me in the worst possible way. I will not go to this shop in my whole life and ask UPS in advance under no circumstances to drop off my package in this shop. I do not recommend entering this shop. Really lousy service. UPS should terminate the cooperation immediately.
