★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was trying to get the Apple Pencil 2. After the Homepage was failing I went straight to the store. There was only one staff member who was already busy with a customer. I tried to find the pencil myself in the store but wasn't successful. While some employees went through the store "being busy" someone took the time after I waited for additional 15 minutes that the pencil wasn't in stock. Without any further help I left and ordered it online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s awful, we have ordered a iphone 11 pro max 256 gb and the sell man has told us wi would become the iphone in 2 weeks, and now its about 4 weeks and we haven’t become any and they say proudly that the customer which has ordered in September hasn’t become. Why they didn’t tell us in that time? It’s really awkward

They even confirmed that changing the battery by them with an original one makes no sense anymore, from a financial point of view (129€).
