Rasche Hilfe und Erledigung, bereits mehrmals weiterempfohlen. Meine Beurteilung wurde mir bestätigt. Gehe wieder hin. An inconspicuous shop but has been around for a long time about 20 years. Friendly, helpful, OK in terms of price. Quick help and handling, recommended several times. My assessment was confirmed to me. Go back there.

Es stellte sich aber heraus, dass das Handy nicht verschraubt ist und beim Öffnen das Glas zerbrechen könnte. Also wollte ich wieder gehen. Der Herr Chef, der dort selbst arbeitet, meinte, dass er ein sehr günstiges, neues Samsung Handy für mich hätte. Zuerst wollte ich das nicht kaufen, weil ich auf Amazon fixiert war. Der Chef erklärte mir dann auf gut verständliche Art und Weise, das mein geplanter Einkauf für mein altes Handy nicht sinnvoll und nur teuer gewesen wäre weil es mir nichts gebracht hätte. Eine neue, zusätzliche Speicherkarte hilft nicht dabei, mehr Apps herunterzuladen. Ich kaufte dann das angebotene Handy. Her Bera ( ich denke so heißt der Chef) hat mir das Handy komplett eingerichtet. Er hat alle Kontakte kopiert, WhatsApp, George Banking,.... Normalerweise kostet das 38€. Es wurde mir für die viele Arbeit nichts verrechnet! Danke! Außerdem habe ich einen sehr guten Kaffe bekommen und wir haben uns die ganze Zeit über, sehr gut unterhalten. Ich gehe schon seit 20 Jahren in dieses Geschäft, weil ich so zufrieden bin. Man wird dort besser beraten als in jedem Elektromarkt. Mein neues Samsung Tablet werde ich auch dort kaufen. Der beste Handyshop überhaupt! Actually yesterday I wanted to buy a new battery, a new memory card and a new charging cable for my cell phone. It turned out, however, that the cell phone is not screwed on and the glass could break if it was opened. So I wanted to go again. The boss, who works there himself, said that he had a very cheap, new Samsung cell phone for me. At first I didn't want to buy this because I was fixated on Amazon. The boss then explained to me in an easily understandable way that my planned purchase for my old cell phone would not have made sense and would only have been expensive because it would not have brought me anything. A new, additional memory card won't help download more apps. I then bought the offered cell phone. Her Bera (I think that's the boss's name) completely set up my cell phone. He copied all contacts, WhatsApp, George Banking, ... Usually this costs 38 €. I was not charged for all the work! Thank you! I also got a very good coffee and we talked very well the whole time. I've been in this business for 20 years because I'm so satisfied. You get better advice there than in any electronics store. I will also buy my new Samsung tablet there. The best mobile phone shop ever!

Habe mehrere Läden in Linz aufgesucht, die meisten hatten das Ersatzteil nicht auf Lager und meinten mindestens 2 eventuell 3 Wochen für die Reparatur dauer. Hier hatten sie alles auf Lager, die Reparatur dauerte wenige Stunden, alle Daten sind drauf und das Handy funktioniert wieder. Great service! I can only recommend the shop! Friendly, fast, professional and very inexpensive. I visited several shops in Linz, most of them didn't have the spare part in stock and said it would take at least 2 maybe 3 weeks for the repair to take place. Here they had everything in stock, the repair took a few hours, all the data is on it and the cell phone is working again.
