★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe ein gebrauchtes iPhone gekauft. Zuhause stellt sich heraus dass der Audio Chip kaputt ist und ich möchte das Handy zurückgeben. Der Besitzer legt sich quer und besteht darauf, dass das Gerät funktioniert hat zum Zeitpunkt des Verkaufs. Ich weiß ich hätte das Gerät im Geschäft besser überprüfen sollen und rein rechtlich kann er auf seinem Standpunkt beharren. Das ganze hat halt trozdem einen miesen Beigeschmack.
