P	Patrick K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vor etwas mehr als einem Jahr entschied ich mich für das Emondi Haus Flat Lagune 120m². Damals fiel die Entscheidung deshalb auf Emondi, weil preislich sowie auch fachlich bei der Beratung kein anderer Anbieter mithalten konnte. Da ich niemanden kannte, der bereits ein Emondi Haus hatte, war ich sehr neugierig und auch etwas nervös wie das ablaufen wird. Ich wurde jedoch nicht enttäuscht - ganz im Gegenteil. Die Nachbearbeitung des Auftrags mit sämtlichen Änderungen wie z.B. der Zimmeraufteilung, die Farbwahl der Fassade oder andere Extras wurden kompetent und ordentlich vom hauseigenen Architekten durchgeführt. Auch die passende Kellerplanung wurde direkt vor Ort erledigt. Im weiteren Verlauf hatte ich dann noch Kontakt mit dem Büro bzgl. Zahlungsablauf und Tausch von Materialien. Hier wurde immer sehr freundlich und lösungsorientiert geholfen. Die Bauarbeiten an sich wurden wirklich in beeindruckendem Tempo erledigt und es gab auch nichts Großartiges zu bemängeln. Leider wurde allerdings eine falsche Terrassentür geliefert und ein Außenfensterbrett war zerkratzt. Hier wurde aber ohne Diskussion beides getauscht - 1A Kundenservice. Ergänzend sei noch gesagt, dass ich das Haus in der Ausbaustufe A gekauft habe, also innen musste ich alles selbst machen (außer die Rohwände aufstellen), nur außen war es bereits fertig inkl. Fassade. Alles in allem war und bin ich mit dem Ablauf und Kontakt bei Emondi mehr als nur zufrieden und kann diese Firma absolut weiterempfehlen. Und da gerade der Jahreswechsel war: Prosit Neujahr an alle, die das lesen! A little over a year ago I decided on the Emondi House Flat Lagune 120m². At that time, the decision was made in favor of Emondi because no other provider could keep up with the advice in terms of price and technical expertise. Since I didn't know anyone who already had an Emondi house, I was very curious and also a little nervous about how this would go. However, I was not disappointed - on the contrary. The post-processing of the order with all changes such as the room layout, the choice of color for the facade or other extras were carried out competently and properly by the in-house architect. The appropriate basement planning was also done on site. Later on, I was in contact with the office regarding the payment process and the exchange of materials. Help was always very friendly and solution-oriented. The construction work itself was really done at an impressive pace and there was nothing great to complain about. Unfortunately, however, a wrong patio door was delivered and an outside window sill was scratched. Here, however, both were exchanged without discussion - first-class customer service. In addition, it should be said that I bought the house in stage A, so inside I had to do everything myself (apart from setting up the raw walls), only the outside was already finished including the facade. All in all, I was and am more than satisfied with the process and contact at Emondi and I can absolutely recommend this company. And since it was the turn of the year: Happy New Year to everyone who reads this!
