Ich bin sicher auch kein leichter Kunde und wenn ich mich ungerecht behandelt fühle, kann ich schon mal nicht ganz so pflegeleicht sein. - aber wenn ich einen Fehler gemacht habe, kann ich das einsehen und mich dann auch entsprechend verhalten und mein Verhalten erklären - das ist Kommunkation und gegenseitige Wertschätzung. Für viele sind das Fremdwörter - denn das sind ja Dienstleister, die werden ja eh dafür bezahlt, dass man Sie anpflaumen darf! - ich pack´s nicht. Das was sich mache Berater von "Kunden" anhören müssen, geht auf keine Kuhhaut wie das so schön heißt. Sich beschweren ist immer leicht, noch dazu, wenn das Gegenüber keine Chance hat sich zu rechtfertigen. Die die sich beschweren, sind immer die gleichen/selben, die sich dann mit eine Mitleidsmache in eine Ecke stellen und alle sind ja so gemein zu mir .... Also, immer schön höflich bleiben, dann passt auch das Service - und das hat allgemein Gültigkeit!!! So with me the service was right - maybe it depends on how you call into the forest. I am certainly not an easy customer and if I feel wronged, I can not be so easy care. - but if I have made a mistake, I can understand that and behave accordingly and explain my behavior - that is communication and mutual appreciation. For many, these are foreign words - because they are service providers, they are paid anyway so that you can pluck them! - I do not pack it. What needs to hear consultants of "customers", goes on no cow skin as that is so beautiful. It is always easy to complain, even if the other person has no chance to justify himself. Those who complain, are always the same / the same, then put with a pity in a corner and all are so mean to me .... So, always stay polite, then fits the service - and that is generally valid !!!

War gestern wegen Verlängerung der Jahreskarte vor Ort und auch hier wieder, bestens beraten und seitens der Dame alles perfekt erledigt. Heute (weniger als 24 Stunden) ist die Karte wieder auf meinem Handy :) Ein großes Dankeschön ! Every visit - and there have already been many - always friendly! always helpful ! Was there yesterday because of the extension of the annual ticket and here again, well advised and everything was done perfectly by the lady. Today (less than 24 hours) the card is back on my phone :) A big thank you !

You knew who you are . You should be punished for what you did. You don’t respect your work and let your country have a bad reputation! Pay attention! If you want buy the ticket here, please make sure what you get is the right one!
