★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ужасные автоматы, обычному туристу купить билет практически невозможно потому что там около 20 непонятных опций из незнакомых слов. Для кого это делалось? что так сложно сделать отдельную опцию для туриста с надписью "стандартный билет аэропорт- вена".
 Terrible machines, it is almost impossible for an ordinary tourist to buy a ticket because there are about 20 incomprehensible options from unfamiliar words. For whom was it done? that it is so difficult to make a separate option for a tourist with the inscription "standard ticket airport-Vienna".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trenes nuevos, con wi-fi gratis, enchufes y mesas para trabajar. Mucho más barato que el CAT para ir entre el aeropuerto y Viena. Lo único malo es el trato de algunos trabajadores que venden boletos.
New trains, with free wi-fi, plugs and tables to work. Much cheaper than CAT to go between the airport and Vienna. The only bad thing is the treatment of some workers who sell tickets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be great ticket machines. Due to everyone's confusion and lack of machines I missed a train and had to wait 30 min for next one, watching mine leave without me, due to lack of ticket?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OBB has the most affordable service if you are staying in Vienna for some days. A week ticket for all public transportation in Vienna cost you only € 16.- with the additional ticket for a ride on the S7 € 1.70 to get from the Airport to Vienna downtown. Much cheaper than the CAT and only 10 minutes more driving time. The office desk is just next to CAT at the new Terminal 3. Am very satisfied with the advice, sometimes they staff might be not that extremely kind as they should but they do give you a very good advice ;-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a shame I'm not able to give ZERO star to the horrible service of your worker Sabine (young, blond and large female worker). She has shown a tremendous lack of respect to her customers by not giving any information about train stops, she not only has been completely rude to me, but also she refused to sell me OBB tickets. My surprise was when I look to her colleagues and any person said a word to her behaviour. It is the kind of worker this company wants to operate on their behalf? It is normal to receive turist on the airport in this way? I don't think so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He is a very very RUDE staff. We just asked about the cost of train to the city centre. After unwillingly answering our question, we took a moment to think about the price (which was cheaper than our expectation, 1.7€). He said “Why didn’t you understand English”, “Which language did you speak”. So I wouldn’t like to talk to him any more. He told us to use the ticket machine and kicked us out of his “customer area”, even we said that we have the right to stand wherever we want (just in front of that ticket machine).
Do we really need to have a staff who behave worse than ticket machine?
One thing I’ve learned is that civilized country doesn’t mean civilized people or civilized minds.
