★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe hier ein Vape gekauft, wurde auch nach Ausweis gefragt, was ich natürlich voll verstehen kann. Die alte Dame an der Kasse mit kurzen roten haaren, war mega unfreundlich. Habe akzentfrei deutsch gesprochen, aber dennoch hatte ich nur das Gefühl, dass sie mich loswerden wollte.
Als sie mir die Geschmäcker aufzählte, redete sie ebenso unmotiviert. Habe dann Blueberry genommen und hat anschließend meinen Ausweis kontrolliert.
Als ich sie freundlich angelächelt habe, weil ich gehen wollte, hat sie ein langes Gesicht gezogen und für nicht einmal eine Sekunde so getan, als ob sie zurücklächelt und ist danach genervt bei seite gegangen.
Hier war das mein letztes Mal und wenn freunde hier was kaufen möchten, werde ich denen das abraten.
Würde verstehen, wenn ein Kunde unfreundlich ist und dann so behandelt wird - aber so wie in dem Fall geht das gar nicht!
 I bought a vape here, was also asked for ID, which of course I can fully understand. The old lady at the cash register with short red hair was super rude. I spoke German without an accent, but I just had the feeling that she wanted to get rid of me.
When she listed the flavors for me, she spoke just as unmotivated. I then took Blueberry and then checked my ID.
When I gave her a friendly smile because I was about to leave, she pulled a long face and pretended to smile back for not even a second and then walked aside in annoyance.
This was my last time here and if friends want to buy something here, I will advise them against it.
Would understand if a customer is unfriendly and then treated like that - but like in this case it doesn't work at all!
