Man kann Dinge am Schalter erledigen ohne ständig zu irgendwelchen Automaten geschickt zu werden! Nervig sind nur die Kunden, die den kleinen Kundenparkplatz für ihre Erledigungen in der Stadt nutzen, weil sie zu geizig sind, um die paar Cent Parkgebühren in der Stadt zu zahlen. I am very satisfied with Bank Burgenland (Hauptstrasse branch - Eisenstadt). Dealing with the customer is still personal and everyone is very friendly and hard-working! You can do things at the counter without being constantly sent to some machines! The only annoying customers are those who use the small customer parking lot for their errands in the city because they are too stingy to pay the few cents parking fees in the city.

Außerdem muss man für fast alles zu einem Mitarbeiter gehen, da im Eingangsbereich nur ein Bankomat, eine Box, wo man Überweisungsbelege einwirft & ein Gerät für Kontoauszüge zur Verfügung steht. Wir leben im 21. Jahrhundert und diese Bank ist sehr 'altmodisch'... ich bin schon lange kein Kunde mehr. I always have to stand in front of the counter for a long time and wait because the employee chats with customers and doesn't even notice me. In addition, you have to go to an employee for almost everything, because in the entrance area there is only an ATM, a box where you can insert transfer documents & a device for bank statements. We live in the 21st century and this bank is very 'old-fashioned' ... I haven't been a customer for a long time.
